Avoid totally ripped me of 50 for valet not even cleaned my carpet or seats had cheek to throw my car mats out cause they were dirty deffinetly won't recommend

something unreal how they can use a sponge for a car as well as the same one for alloys when I asked if he was joking, the employee replied that there is no problem, so I asked if you scratch my car, he can come and you will solve it worst carwash in this place

I've been going to this car wash for quite a few years now. I won't be returning. Last year I was given a fake £10 . It was obvious they knew about it by the way they were talking and looking at me. It wasn't till I got home that I could properly check it. Obviously the next time I went I gave it them back. The last time I went. I asked for a mini valet. While cleaning my car the boss kept changing the workers over to go onto other jobs. Then the guy who was polishing my windows broke my windscreen wiper off. He never even said anything, just placed it back on. I went over and noticed it wasn't on properly. When trying to put it back on I realised the clip was broken. I told the boss and all he said was "he didn't do anything, it was like that before". I feel that because I was a woman on my own he thought he could get away with it. I explained to him that it definitely wasn't like that before. Yet he kept saying it. I told him the only time my car has been cleaned is when I've brought it to his company. He refused to pay for a replacement. Stating there was nothing wrong with it. He even became aggressive towards me. In the end I got in my car and refused to pay. I then drove off with him shouting at me. It's not the first time they have broken something in the car and tried to get away with it. They previously broke something in the back. They said nothing but then it's proving it when you've already left. Don't waste your money going here. It will just cost you more when they damage your car!

Left the car wash with my car still dirty inside after they ve "cleaned" it and on top of everything they made the lid of my cup holder to get stuck as I had a charger plugged in there. Dunno why they closed it as the lid still has dried redbull on it. Had a little accident with a redbull can in the car, but guess what?! After this car wash, the redbull still on my windscreen, cup holder lid and the chair still dirty😑🤬💁🏻‍♀️

Not clean my car or my windows proper and charge me £25 pounds.

Esos tipos son rudos y aparte de eso pedí el servicio que costaba £15 y al final me dijeron que eran 20 y ni se te ocurra querer pagar con tarjeta de banco porq ellos no aceptan y se enojan si les dices q quieres pagar con tarjeta , al parecer evaden impuestos.

Just had car valeted at this place. The two guys left my car like new and took great pride in thier work. Cheaper than where I usually go and did a better job.

Lovely hardworking guys, always give 110% when cleaning mine and my mum's cars. Great value and attention to detail, would never go anywhere else.

These guys really really saved my life when whilst parked at work a flock of birds did a massive dump on my car to the point of the windscreen was so badly obscured, I would have been pulled by police if I'd have driven home. They cleaned the mess quickly and efficiently. They were also very friendly and the outside of the car was washed and dried to a high standard. Saved my life in a car wash emergency but would use again
