Been coming here for years and I won't go anywhere else! They take their time to clean your car even if there is a massive queue. (Not like other car wash places, they would rush to push you through quicker) They are very friendly and do look after their customers. I would highly recommend.

What really sets this place apart is the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, polite, and genuinely seemed to care about doing a good job. They pre-scrubbed the heavy spots before sending me into the wash and made sure I was happy with the result before I left. Great service keeps customers coming back, and they've won me over.

Avoid this car wash at all costs. The staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I accidentally manoeuvred my car into the wrong space because I couldn't hear the employee clearly and his hand gestures were confusing, he became angry and started pointing to his head, asking, "Are you dumb?" I then noticed the staff talking among themselves while looking at me and laughing, which felt so disrespectful. I paid £25 for a mini valet, but it is the worst car wash I have ever received. The service felt rushed from start to finish, and the quality was poor. The car was still wet when I left because it had not been properly dried, and they missed so many areas that should have been cleaned. The steering wheel was still dirty, the seats had not been cleaned properly, there was residue left on the mirrors, and several other areas appeared untouched. Absolutely not worth the money. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone.
