This people are useless and they will over charge you for doing nothing as you are a women and they will take the advantage of it, they made me spent £1000 on my car and at the end my car nearly exploded while driving, all they said was just “ I ma sorry”, sorry for what, sorry for putting my life in danger, saying your car is ready to go and running perfectly alright, I did pay for a full service and they didn’t even checked oil level. Very dangerous garage and useless people. Never recommend them!

I had a very disappointing experience with Fit & Go Tyres. I was charged significant labour costs, but when a part supplied for my vehicle did not fit correctly, I felt that responsibility was placed on me rather than being properly investigated. As a customer, I relied on the staff's expertise when selecting the part. The situation resulted in wasted time, additional inconvenience, and extra costs. While mistakes can happen, I expected better customer service and a more reasonable approach to resolving the issue. I was also disappointed by the lack of readily available service records when I requested information about previous work carried out on my vehicle. Good record keeping is an important part of professional vehicle maintenance. In addition, I was surprised to be charged an extra fee for card payments. This was not something I had expected and it added to my dissatisfaction with the overall experience. My vehicle was returned with work that I did not feel had been completed to the standard I expected, yet I was still charged for the service. I was also not provided with a clear invoice after payment, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, I found the service poor, communication disappointing, and the handling of customer concerns unsatisfactory. Based on my experience, I would not use this garage again and cannot recommend it to others. Highly disappointed. ★☆☆☆☆ ,

Called Ed's for an urgent MOT. I spoke to Sam on the Phone he was very polite and and had me booked in for the afternoon. I picked up my car bang on time. Excellent customer service and very professional. I would highly recommend Ed's.

Your work is excellent. You provide proper guidance related to the job and never let anyone waste money unnecessarily. If something in the car doesn’t actually need fixing, you don’t suggest it just for your own benefit. You give honest advice, which is a great approach, and I really appreciate your services.

A big big thank you to Shak who ventured out twice to jump start my car on the same day. On the second occasion I had driven to atria shopping centre whilst the battery was being delivered and the car again wouldn’t turn on. He received my call, attended promptly and was very professional in providing the care I needed. Thank you Shak!

I went to check a grinding noise on my wheel .they offered to test drive and immediately found the issue ,all it was a rusted disk cover .Took it to ramp fixed for free . Thank you Hassan and team for honest review and service.
