Something has changed here. New owner? Soon as drove in was told price had gone up and if i wanted roof cleaned it was extra £5 Was a regular customer ... not any more

Unprofessional. I asked for a in and out clean, the guy asked me if I want a deep clean, I said yes: then the price is 35£ for a small suv honda hrv. Ok I said, outside was left in a terrible condition, full of marks, inside: the trunk was never cleaned, the bear minimum inside: the head cushions covered in dust, the, dashboard dusted off… At the end the guy said, We prefer cash…. I went and get 40 £ cash for them… Finally I have seen my car in a terrible condition, gave the cash… guess what happened here? I was waiting for the rest of the money I gave them, one of them extremely rude and aggressive: no! This is tips, bro” Is it?

Stole about 2/3 tank petrol. Paid £50 for inside and exterior to be cleaned and inside hardly touched, 20 mins later noticed petrol went down by 2/3. Crooks. Never go here, report them

Great car wash! I didn’t realise it was there and googled as the one I went to was not able to give me what I wanted and so went here. Car is now shiny and gleaming. Even given an air freshener. Very quick and efficient. Fair pricing too. Won’t go anywhere else now!

Worst car wash in watford, should've listened to the reviewers, the staff is very rude, kuddos to the owner, train your staff better so they're more considerate to your customers. 1 star, never returning.

To be honest 1 of the r worst car washes. I went to check around in/out to see how proper they did their work but I had to clean all almost all over again. Seats not vacuumed, doors not cleaned. Unfortunately I had to do this for you to improve guys. You do not see basic things

Just had my car " cleaned " here this afternoon. I didn't notice until I got home that there were water marks all down the sides of the doors. The headlights and tail lights had not been wiped clean. Under both wipers was dirty - not wiped. I paid £22 for inside and out but did not get the service I paid for. The guys doing the cars seemed to make a big fuss of their male customers but as a woman I was not shown the same ! It was only when I went to get something from the boot of my car that I noticed how badly it had been cleaned. I will not be returning to this car wash again and I most certainly will not be recommending it to anyone! Go find a decent car wash that respects it's customers!

Sunday can’t remember the date we are pensioners took our car for a wash and vacuum. When it was done we could not pay by card it was cash only we had to walk all the way back to the ATM to draw the cash payed which was a large some of cash for us! We then left car wash when we got home and had look it was never clean as we expected’front left mat gone.. but anyways never again will we take our car there ever again..😡

I’m living in Watford 12 years and this has been the worst car wash I have ever had. Normally when you get out of your car afterwards, you have a delight at how clean your car is. Mine didn’t even look like it had been washed. I got home and had to dig out all the bits to clean the wheels and what they’d missed. (Plus where it’s situated is tricky to get in and out, I was beeped at as I didn’t know where to turn.)

Possibly the worst car wash I have ever been to. It cost £25 inside and out and it was almost the same as it was before. Despite me pointing out areas that needed doing I was told that it was too late to fix it and their attitude was so bad. The floors looked exactly as they did prior to the “clean”. A total rip off!! A petrol station car wash does a better job and is a fraction of the price plus you don’t have to deal with rude / arrogant staff. Stay away
