Although I didn’t proceed to use their services, this was as a result of honesty on their part, in regards to why I should and also shouldn’t apply paint protection. Definitely will use them at some point in future, won’t sell you products you don’t need!

I have used Watford Pro Valet a number of times and have always been very impressed with their service. This time, I called to book 2 cars in for a good clean. Mr Shah was very polite and professional (as always) and managed to fit me in at short notice. One of the cars was not too bad but the other one was pretty filthy and both had grubby stained seats. Mr Shah arrived right on time, set to work straight away and he didn't disappoint this time either. Both cars look fantastic and the stained seats are now spotless. Thank you, Mr Shah, for the first class service.

I had a very concerning experience at carplan Watford My daughter, who has a mental health condition, felt pressured into taking a car. Even though there is supposed to be a cooling-off period to return the car, the dealership has refused to take it back. We are now allowing a solicitor to handle this matter. Please be very careful and do not trust this company blindly when signing contracts. I hope they improve how they handle vulnerable customers and treat people with care and compassion.

I recently had my BMW professionally valeted by Mr. Shah and I must say, I’m extremely impressed with the results! Given a keen quote on my badly cooked, crazed headlamp covers. When seen, I was told they are deep cracks and that there was a limit to what was possible. I said to try and the result was a dramatic hike up from what it was. To the point, I could see the greasy mark made inside the headlamp, when I had a bulb changed! Top bloke, reduced the price he wanted, as a result... still delighted. Just vexed I never saw what a grubby job the lamp changer did at the time! The pics are the nearside. The offside was the one with the interior smear that I can now see! Absolutely recommended.

Excellent headlight restoration job. My car's headlights was so cloudy and now it's looking brand new! He did it quickly and efficiently. I'm definitely going back for other jobs!

Paid for a machine polish, valet and engine bay clean and was quoted nearly £400. The finish in the interior is so far below par. Dust and dirt still in obvious places such as the gear change, the logo of the steering wheel still filthy and vents still covered in grime. Door shuts were not cleaned properly with visible dirt and hinges not even touched. Made excuses about it only being part of a premium package and shuts not ’technically’ being inside the car.. if you have to open the door to see it, it’s inside surely?! Don’t expect anything close to a clean car unless paying extra is what I took from that. Rear headrests still covered in marks and not even replaced properly. Pedals still muddy and door/window seals not even touched. Exterior is as filthy, arches and exhaust still covered in mud. Licence plate area at the back still filthy and bugs still on front of car on pick up! Had the car 2 days and not sure it even saw a pressure washer as all. Also left the car unlocked on the driveway as when I came to pick up the vehicle I could inspect the inside without even knocking on the door. Still covered in swirls and I can 100% say the whole exterior of the car was not polished. Would never go back to this company and ended up not paying the quoted price as finish was so poor. Absolute rip off, get a valet at your local car wash and you’ll be happier than I was.

Great job done by Mr Shah. The vehicle looks brand new. Recommended.
