Was missed sold “wax” that wasn’t even on the price board and the car looked no different plus the inside valet wasn’t done very well as there was still dirt around the seats which proves they rushed it as they were busy

Absolutely horrendous service. The main guy was really rude to me. All I wanted was my car washed. They charged me £70 and told me it would take them an hour they told me my cousin is in very bad condition although it wasn’t that bad as I’ve had it done two months ago they ended up giving me £10 off because when I got back it was still dirty. They told me we had chewing gum inside the window but my children too, so it’s definitely not chewing gum. They gave me £10 off to keep me happy. And finally enough, the guy became polite when I told him I’m never coming back again.

Over priced get a quote before paid over £50 for a ford fiesta

Excellent service, brilliant deep clean

I asked for the price for a full valet and I was quoted £100 however when I returned one week later I was quoted. a higher price so I told them that I have been quoted £100. He didn’t argue except they did not do a full valet service even tho he told me that it was full valet including seats etc but I know full well that it wasn’t done because the dirt marks were still there!! If I could give a zero star I would!

Went to waves today after a long time! The guys were great and super friendly. Will be returning back soon no doubt! Highly recommended!

I have given this a 1 star review because I have found an air freshener inside a newly bought car and I was very disappointed because the air freshener had no smell

Really really disappointed. Was told it would be £50 but when I said it was too much it was dropped to £45 which I did still feel was expensive but was promised for that money it would be an excellent job inside and out!!! Car still had mud on the tyres, inside looked like it had a very quick hoover and was quite wet in places, carrier bags in the boot were dripping with water, had to go around the whole car inside and dry. Haven't used a hand wash car cleaning service before and certainly will not use these again.

Disappointed with the Lack of Professionalism I would like to express my deep disappointment with the lack of professionalism I experienced today. I took a client’s Audi to be washed because I had come for the first time on Saturday and was very well attended — the gentleman who cleaned my car did an excellent job. Based on that positive experience, I decided to return today with another car. Unfortunately, I was attended by someone who seemed to be in a very bad mood. I tried to be understanding, thinking that perhaps he was just having a bad day. However, when we came back to pick up the car, we were shocked — it was still dirty and covered with frozen water. When questioned, he simply said it was too cold to dry it properly. That is completely unacceptable. The most disappointing part is realizing that some people seem to believe customers are naive or won’t notice poor service. It is truly disheartening to go through something like this. Please, do better

Suddenly expensive and really poor wash provided. I have used many times over the years but won’t be going back.

Ask hiw much a wash and hoover is they give you the price. You then do your shopping come back abd they add a few quid to the price for there tip. And don't ask if you have club card.

Awful car wash first time and the last I will be going there. Opened car door to wet the whole inside water into the speakers roof all dirty waste off 20 pounds, come on people you should take good care when washing people's cars as we come to you to expect good expectations and give you are money but I won't be coming back
