B’s Hand Carwash & Valeting Centre Chingford

Would not recommend Paid for a full wash but got a 10-minute rush job. Missed spots on the bodywork, dirty door shuts, and interior was barely touched. Being the first and only customer made it even worse — they clearly couldn’t be bothered. There are better car washes nearby.

Great place, good hospitality and did a very good job on cleaning my car.

came to get my car washed date 09/02, i have been a been regular customer coming every few weeks and today i have been told to leave the car wash by a guy in a audi, mid wash whilst they was washing my car he upset one of his workers who walked off site , as i said bye to him as i have been coming here so often and then the guy who upset him then said to me that i should leave the site immediately , that he doesn’t want my money and i shouldn’t come back again, i have a video of the incident on my phone which i will be sharing via on social media ! absolute joke , no reason given, he simply said take your car and leave, i don’t want your money😭 all because he himself upset one of his workers who walked off! the irony! i hope the owners see this and take some action because i had friends and family all of which come to this car wash and i will also be telling them not to come here anymore, since this “‘manager” has been there, always sitting in his audi whilst the other two work (may i add) this car wash has been terrible, it started so well until he came along, i wonder how many more customers he has upset.. and how many more you will lose once the videos get shared online

Such a bad experience. I went inside for in and out wash. They kept gossiping with each other and not completing the job. I told them I have an exam in 30 mins but they still took so long. At the end when I’m about to pay for it they saying it’s £30. Im like on your board it’s saying £25. But they say it’s for small car and yours is not small. My vehicle is VW ID3. How is it big car. After mine another SUV car came tor mini valet and the guy asked how much would you charge for mini valet, they replied £40. To the owner this is not the way you make business because you want your customer to return for wash again but I’m not gonna come back and I will tell all my other instructors not to go as well.
