Very very rude set of workers , they can walk out on you even when you are politely talking to them. . Felt disrespected the last time i went there and this will be the last time I will be there .

AVOID! I took my car there last week. No cars waiting. They washed it so quickly I had to check. Marks all over, windows dirty and left water marks. I showed them all the areas missed. He said he couldn't clean it as it would damage the paint work and I would need to pay more for a polish! How does washing with a sponge damage paintwork and why should a customer pay more for a basic clean!?. Seems like a scam.

£35 for a mid size sedan like mine was Kind of expensive especially for the quality of service I received. One of staff was also quite rude and had a go at me when I pointed out the spots he missed when he said my car was ready claiming I should have paid £60 if I wanted my car properly washed and wiped. I understand it was a sunny day but that doesn’t excuse the behaviour. Manager kinda deescalated it and told him to back off, but that doesn’t automatically undo the bad service and how I felt . At the end there were still a lot of untouched spots I had to wipe down myself. Waste of £35

Came in for a car wash after someone hit my car in the road. Had their paint all over my doors. The insurance company quoted me £1,700. (500 for parts the rest off labour). Hiwa and his team did the wash, then he said “£70 if I can get that off.” We shook hands. Clean as a whistle. I paid him 80 and almost hugged him Haha. Legend.

These guys are great, been to a few car washes but this place has always done the most thorough job, would thoroughly recommend

I went to get my car washed yesterday and was quoted £80 for a basic in and out. I’ve got a Ford focus so not a big car at all. Pretty certain the guy running the place saw me as a young woman and thought he would take advantage, telling me my car was VERY dirty (spoiler: it really wasn’t). I went to another local car wash who did an excellent job and charged me £24.

Worst experience here. Had the worst car wash for £35. Had to show the staffs that my tyres were still dirty even after cleaning. There were plenty of water marks which indicated that the car wasn't dried properly. The interior wasn't cleaned properly as I found dirts at the front seat and the boot still had dust for which I specially went there for. ALSO THERE WERE SO MANY SCRATCHES ON MY WINDOW AFTER I WENT THERE FOR WASHING. IDK WHAT CLOTHES THEY USE THERE!! VERY DISAPPOINTED. NEVER EVER I'LL BE THERE AGAIN. WASTED MY £35!!!!!!
