Car very clean but now has two dents on the driver door and a scratch on the front offside bumper. The guys told me they were old as they’ve been repainted but I’ve had the car from new and that’s definitely not the case. They then said maybe I didn’t see them before because it was dirty. That could be the case but it wasn’t caked in mud 😑 recommend taking photos of your car before using this place…or go elsewhere!

had a great experience at ICC Hatfield Galleria Car Wash, thanks to Aram. He was extremely professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. My car looked spotless inside and out honestly like new again. What I really appreciated was the attention to detail and the care he put into every part of the clean. It’s not just a quick wash, you can tell he genuinely wants customers to leave satisfied. Highly recommend asking for Aram if you visit — excellent service and definitely worth it!

I've used them a few times, and they have just cleaned my Mercedes EQE and for the price, it is a really good job inside and out (gold clean).

Aram at ICC car wash did a really good job, better than any i have done. Very genuine and delivered what he said, worth more than what he charged. Will definitely use again

Not happy at all!!!I paid £45 and was a poor cleaning,they did kind of Polish and scratched all my car and inside they didn't hoovered everywhere. The board was full of dust and dors inside with debris.

Best one so far in UK.

Opted for a Gold wash, and whilst they did an outstanding job with the exterior and boot, they did a poor job on the interior. They left seats uncleaned, despite there being obviously visible dirt on the cream seats. Would advise you to fully inspect the job before leaving.
