If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! Jay was very patient and helpful!! I originally made an appointment to test drive one car, and after doing so, I was able to test drive another car that I ended up purchasing. Jay spent time answering all my questions about the car and its history, how the warranties worked and what they covered, and worked with me to find the best way to finance the car. He also delivered the car to me for a very reasonable price once financing was worked out, since I live some distance from London. Buying a used car can be nerve-wracking, but Jay made it easy and I was treated with respect; Motor Base Automobiles helped me to find the perfect car for me that I now feel safe and confident driving. I would 1000% buy from them again, and recommend them whole-heartedly!!!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a 2012 Smart fortwo from Jamshid. Customer service was excellent and he and his brother delivered the car to me. All documentation was provided. Bought a very nice low mileage, one owner 2013 Peugeot 107 from Jam. After looking at a few cars from various places this was by far the cleanest and well presented car. Jam was happy to fix the items that were advised on the MOT and even paid for a replacement indicator stalk that packed up on the way home. Would recommend this place for anyone that wants a cheap secondhand small run about.

I recently bought a Ford Focus from Motor Base Automobiles and wanted to share a review based on the experience I've had. Firstly, buying the car was very smooth - great communication from Jam, he was very happy for us to test drive the vehicle and answer questions with no pressure to sell. The car was also very reasonably priced vs. other dealers. However the excellent customer service goes beyond the sale. After purchasing the car there was a small issue with it, which I alerted Jamshid to. He immediately helped diagnose and fix the issue, going out of his way to ensure everything was sorted and that I was happy. Great dealership - highly recommend!
