I first went to see Peter for some advice. Royton Concrete had splashed my new car with concrete! Peter was one of about five places, including the car dealership that I asked. His quote to remove the concrete, machine polish and reapply the ceramic coating wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive, but the way he explained things made me trust that he knew exactly what he was talking about. I then researched Peter and U8V and was more than happy with what I read. Last week I took my car in, still splattered with concrete. I collected it the following day and wow! It looked as good as new. I would highly recommend Peter, he's professional, explains everything so you understand it, is helpful, puts you at ease and absolutely knows what he's doing. I'll definitely be using U8V for my regular valeting from now on. If you need anything doing to your car, big or small I would take it to Peter, you won't be disappointed. U8V were recommended to me to help try and rectify a very large scuff down the entire length of my car. From the initial inspection they were clear and upfront about the damage, where the complexity of the job might sit, how they'd approach it and provided a clearly justified and indicative price range for the work. I said to myself I would have been happy if they got it back to 80%, but quite honestly the work brought it back to a point which exceeded what I thought would have been possible so I couldn't be happier given the extent of the scuff and how bad it looked. I would fully recommend U8Vs work to anyone needing detailing work on their car, the quality of the workmanship has been really high. In addition and what really matters is open, honest and genuine communication and service which is really hard to find these days and came in spades here. They genuinely care about the details and attacked what was clearly a difficult job with spirit. Thank you U8V!
