Had both mine and my wife's car in for a valet. Full wet winter. Muddy football boots. Road trips with the dog all accumulated in 2 cars. Neither have seen a vacuum or a sponge in months. The guys at The Pinnacles Car wash were awesome. Got through, not only the layers of dirt on the outside but had no issues with the layers of dog hair and mountains of dried in boot mud on the inside. Absolutely great job done by the lads. Highly recommended.

My car had got stuck in mud and was filthy inside and out. The guys at Pinnacles Car Wash were courteous and professional and did an amazing job. It's never looked so clean and the mats came up like new. Great job 👏 👏 👏

Avoid this place. We regularly send our company vans here and have always been charged £25 for an external wash. This time they overcharged my driver without any warning, then casually claimed “prices have changed” after the service. Completely unprofessional and misleading — they clearly charge whatever they feel like. To make it worse, the job wasn’t even done properly: door frames weren’t cleaned at all. Poor service, poor quality, and zero transparency. Won’t be returning.

Is not One off the best hand car wash, is the best from this town. I try all of the from Harlow but no one du the same job. I recommend to all my friends and all have the same opinion "is the best car wash". After them service my car lucking like some one done the professional detailing. Top service 🔝🔝🔝

I had my car cleaned today by these lovely gentlemen. They helped remove my car seat and pram so it could be cleaned properly and my car was left spotless. They always do a good job and I love that they have a reward system to collect stamps and get a free wash after 5 washes. Thank you again 🙂

The best car wash around! 5***** wouldn't go no where else, well looked after, and the car. Always come away feeling fresh inside the freshly cleaned car. The guys are very friendly and helpful! You won't be disappointed in their service!!
