Harlow Station Hand Car Wash

Just had outside of car washed. Prosume all was done. Not till I got home realised wheels not cleaned properly. Wouldn’t mind but there was about 5 men cleaning the car. Will be going else where next time.

Not good service today. Had to ask them to clean the bird poos that they missed, the wheels are still dirty. On the inside none of the doors were cleaned, the back of the seat not cleaned. They even left the driver seat wet. The option was listed as £26 but I was charged £35. No tip and never returning here. Very disappointed!

MONEY STOLEN. First time using today.i paid 18quid for smart car wash in and out.I was trying to pick up my money that was dropped down side of seats.was around 8 pound coins i could see but couldnt get.I presumed like my other car washes they would collect and give me at the end and i would usualy give that as an extra tip anyway. Sat inside at the end after already giving 2quid extra and all my coins and cash stolen.nice smell of weed aswell inside .WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Took my car there for £18 wash. Was charged £24. My car is still filthy so don’t understand the £6 extra charge. Language barrier so couldn’t argue my case so had to pay. Will not be returning there.

Shocking £35 and still dirty!! Interior still had rubbish not even wiped down leather! Never again!!

Do not use this car wash! Just had my car cleaned if you would call it that. Tried over charging me, car is still dirty and the workers were smoking cannabis. No wonder they can’t be bothered to do a good job! Absolute disgrace.

It’s a shame, I’ve used this carwash for years as I live just a minute away from them; they used to be good but not anymore. The last time I had a car valet with them - when I dropped my car off, they looked inside and agreed the price. When I went to pick my car up they told me it was an extra £20 because there was dog hair in the car - there was very little dog hair in the car when I dropped it off and they saw the condition when I left it with them (do they only like to clean cars that are already clean?). I had two men either side of me demanding the extra £20, it was dark and they were holding my car key so I felt too intimated to disagree. Then they made me pay by bank transfer to some personal account with the name of M Matei - the whole thing felt underhand and lacking in integrity. Their valet was bad too, the car was soaking wet (on the inside) but again, it was dark and I felt intimated by these guys so I just wanted to get way. I’d strongly advise anyone to go elsewhere.

Money stolen and they are not good service and if you complain they are trying to attack on you. Dont go. If you go regret. And they are don't cleaning car and no wiyping even they leave dirty and want £24

Terrible chap who clearly tried to rip me off. I have a 4x4 and he tried to charge me £20 for an outside wash!! The price board is £14 for a 4x4. Absolute joker. Avoid.

RIP off they got not idea how to clean a car and find out some scratches in the car cat prove it shame last time I use this rubbish car wash

Good place to get your car cleaned inside and out.

Very poor customer service. No proper cleaning after wash. Very bad attitude by the owner. Never recommend this car wash centre to anyone. Its waste of money.

Tried to charge me £60 for in/out on my car, when it’s £25. He said it’s because my car was extra dirty. This is the only car wash I’ve ever been to that makes up a tiered system on how dirty your car is. We settled on £40, then he made me do a personal bank transfer to his bank. The car was still dirty afterwards, I could easily remove the dirt with my finger, that’s how bad the job was. Will never return and do not recommend. Dodgy AF.

brought my Tesla Model Y in for a cleaning today, but unfortunately, I’m not satisfied with the service. The staff charged a high price, yet the car was not properly cleaned. I expected much better for the amount I paid. Definitely not worth the money. I hope the boss see this and am not gonna Come anymore

Took my car to get cleaned in view of my car being sold tomorrow and it was awful. The place stunk of weed, the car is still dirty. Questioned if they’d done the wheels and he said “you can see it’s wet” but they were not clean. One person told me it was £18 then another said no it’s £24. So I opted for just the outside for £10. When I said this they then basically just put down tools and said they were done. Unimpressed and will have to go somewhere else tomorrow to get it cleaned properly.

DO NOT GIVE THIS LOT YOUR BUSINESS. Absolute con artists. Lying to my face to say it was clean so I got out and checked and made him wash it again, then he didn't want to dry it, again I made him do it, in the end I could have washed it better with puddle water. Stinking attitude, spoke to me rudely. I wouldn't be surprised if they were being exploited, hence the attitude. The one behind formula 1 autocentre is much better value for money who always get a tip from me as its so good!
