Waves Hand Car Wash Prestwich

They put a crack in my car then tried to hide it by not cleaning that part of the car. The manager told me he would check the cctv then refused to share it with my insurers. Taking my car for a clean with these crooks put me £400 out of pocket.

Definitely my preferred place to get my car washed in the UK. The boys and girls at Tesco Prestwich do a good job and are so friendly.

Wanted a wash and inside vaccumed and the rubbish taken out. Was charged 9 pounds extra than the list price of 15 so 24 pounds but I figured ok I have spilt a drink in the cup holder which I partially why i took it to be done properly. what I got was a car with soaking wet carpets and all the rubbish left in the car including the cup holder with the drink spilt in it. I will never ever go there again

Visited this car wash today never used before so I looked at how much all I wanted was a wash hoover polish and windows cleaned the guy was rude stood looking in my car then said that will be £30 I left it ,it was the rudeness I could not get over .

OUTSTANDING!!! To sum up in one word how good this car wash is, that has to be it! I have been to a number of car washes before but none of them have come up to the standard of this one. With a selection of services from Bronze to the Full Monty, the prices are excellent value and the results are incredible. I was blown away by how good of a job they did on my car, both inside and out. Seriously, leave your car with the guys here, nip into Tesco and enjoy a coffee and some shopping while waiting and be prepared for a genuinely exceptional service on your vehicle. I'll DEFINITELY be returning

Did quite a poor job of cleaning the car. There was still sand on the outside, and it was badly hoovered and even light mud marks in places on the interior. It's the most badly cleaned car I've ever had from a hand place. I won't go back

After discussions several years ago it was decided that my Honda Jazz was a volume 2, this was with the owner. The last few visits have resulted in them wanting to charge volume 3. The website calculations different to the iPad they gave in site. Not happy especially after challenging them that my car cannot go there anymore! Why is the website no longer allowing for the vehicle make to get entered. My husband excellent at maths calculated a new Honda Jazz volume as size 1 or 2! 10.2.25 I have now confirmed with Head Office my car is a volume 2. I have now emailed the franchise owner to ask for their thoughts. 17.2.25 no response, emailed and contacted head office again. Just wanted an apology for how they treated us Please check you are not being overcharge!

Not a fixed price anymore?! They decided after I arrived, to add 60% on top of the usual price. After judging, inspecting and rudely pulling a face at my car. Ended up at £40 for a service that left it stinking of polish, no air freshener, with many missed areas. Hopefully they abolish this terrible new business model and think of a new way to price their services that doesn't leave people feeling judged and extorted. My car wasn't any worse than previous visits. I've ben going for 5 years, even after an increase in price. I'm not particularly price conscious but I'll go somewhere else if this the way they do business.

Car is always spotless and smells lovely when ive been here. Its always very busy because they do such a good job.

The wash was only ok. I paid £22 for a inside and out clean. I saw marks and areas that wasn't clean so well. Most areas were ok.
