Parr Lane Hand Car Wash

Me and my partner took both our cars. My partner wanted a mini valet so left her car and came home with me. We have 3 dogs so the car gets a lot of hair in it but other than that it was no othet mess rubbish or dirt inside. The guy said it would be £50 then after seeing the hair said £60 which my partner said was fine. When she went to pick up later the guy told her it was very dirty and she had to pay £80. She said no we agreed on £60 he refused to give her the keys back and kept saying £80. My missus said no I will give you £70 because that is the most expensive price on your board for a full valet on a 4x4 and her car was a micra so much smaller, but she will not pay more than any price they display. The guy came back with the PDQ and on the PDQ he had put £75. My missus said no I said £70 but still the guy refused to give the keys back. Eventually anothet man came over as my missus was very upset and asked what was going on. When my missus told him he told thr othet guy to give her the £10 pound back as she had paid £70 on the PDQ in the end. The other guy did say to my missus next time she comes back they will do the £20 clean for free. Neither me or my partner will go back. She is a small defenseless women who was on her own being bullied by grown men into paying more than she should have to which is disgusting behaviour. The price list does not say that it costs more the dirtier your car is anyway.

Never had any issues in 16years going 3 to 4 times a month to wash both our cars. Owner gives good service and professionalism, but trusting some people to run it for you they take advantage by overcharging! Hapen to me to....owner is back running it now so I give 5 star.

Absolutely Shocking rude avoid at all costs

Not very satisfied with the car wash. After the service, there were still dirt spots and areas that weren’t properly cleaned or dried.

Not one to leave a review, but wow had a super valet today & it’s an absolute disgrace! Think it was cleaner before I took it! Totally avoid this place!!!!!

Ripped off my mum and charged £25 for small car (Suzuki swift) for a very average clean (did not hoover the boot and no extra seat polish ). The person actually doing my mums car was about to take 20 but then the main guy shouted that he should charge her £25. Which just shows that £20 is the usual price but they decided to rip off a female. Appalling, we used to go but never again, they lost two customers because you were greedy for £5. We will go to Wax on Wax off on Dumers lane now, much better service and the guys are transparent with their pricing.

This person it is very dangerous and thie I take picture of his face I came me and my wife cleane the car inside and outside. He opened the door and begging from my wife charger £45 pound, which is clean the car inside only cost 20 pound and stealing money from the car I don’t Advise the people go there because they’re cheating the people with the money very bad car Wosh I’m going calling the police making report for the stuff.

Honestly best place I’ve been yet, always do a brilliant job and my car was a bomb site! Such good value for the prices would recommend ☺️
