Very disappointing experience. The car wash is advertised as £25, but after washing the outside they told me it would actually be £35 because of the “condition” of the car. The problem is they only informed me after they’d already started the work, leaving me with little choice but to pay the extra charge. If there are additional fees, they should be explained and agreed before any work begins. To make matters worse, the quality of the clean didn’t justify the higher price. The interior still had cobwebs, hair, and crumbs left behind, and overall it didn’t feel much cleaner than when I arrived. After mentioning the experience to my dad, he told me he’d had exactly the same thing happen to him, including being quoted one price and then charged more afterwards. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience. Transparent pricing and a thorough clean should be the minimum you can expect.

I’ve been using this car wash for many years, and I can honestly say it’s the best in Weston. The quality of service is always excellent, and my car comes out looking spotless every time. The staff are friendly, professional, and really take care of every detail. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and top-quality car wash.

For a good clean inside and out well worth the money. Not too long, good attention to detail and well priced.

My first experience of this carwash. I asked for a wash and valet when it came to the valet they wanted £8 more than advertised because they said it was dirty . When I queried it with the owner he was very rude. I reluctantly had it done and was pleased with the results. Caution ask for a price first it seems everyone has a dirty car.

Got my car home paid extra to have it polished . Run marks all over one side where they sprayed the liquid on and didn't rub it in . Dirt still on the car to . Rubbish . £25 quid . Never going there again .

Excellent car wash. They do interiors too, if you want, but I am usually short of time,so I just have the outside done.

I had been a regular weekly customer at this car wash for several years and ALWAYS made the same simple request: no decontamination product on the windscreen, due to an existing long-term water-repellent treatment. And I never had a problem UNTIL on a recent visit, a new member of staff began applying the product without checking. I signalled /beeped to stop and explained my usual requirement. The staff member responded aggressively and used offensive language. On a later visit, instead of handling the issue professionally or checking facts, the owner publicly confronted me in front of staff and customers, dismissed my explanation, and refused further service, asking me to leave. I left calmly without argument. Unfortunately, long-term loyalty and respectful communication were ignored, and concerns about staff conduct were not addressed. For your information, Mr owner went to parties report issues you should check with both before drawing a conclusion. However, you may not be able to act like that, hence you’ve acted the way you did. Being verbally aggressive, will never get you (or your business!) too far...;

Took my ford kuga for a valet £25 its displayed at had the "Not so great valet" then get charged £30 when I questioned him he said his english not very good boss is out!!!

Didn't use car wash

I'm sorry I have to share this very negative review. It's not like me at all, but I feel must. I'm a visitor, and was looking for a good local car wash. After searching and reading their reviews, I thought I’d made a safe bet. How gravely disappointed I was. Arrived and was greeted by unfriendly staff. Didn't even asked what I wanted, I had to instruct them. Unfriendly, and I felt that they just didn't want to be their. Even after inspecting my car, they hadn't done a good job. Didn't tell them, as I just wanted to leave. Again, I really don't like doing this. I always post positive 5 star posts. No doubt this will be met with hostility, as I sense this from them. Therefore with regret I cannot recommend. Advice, be friendly, polite, don't just ignore the owner when they arrive. Sorry enjoy your day, got to say some thing positive. Perhaps I caught them on a bad day. If so enjoy work and cheer up to the customer. Take care

Tried to randomly charge more. Been coming to Golden Hands for years and broadly had good experiences (left reviews to that effect). Today I went as normal but they tried to charge me 67% extra for the inside clean as my car was “very dirty” inside. Photos attached. Clearly it’s not that dirty, but I question what the £12 is for if they can’t clean that. Hopefully this is a one-off, but I’d watch out to avoid being extorted. Won’t be going back, lost a customer.

Very happy with the service, efficient and effective. The prices have changed a little from the photo on the Google so it was £10 for a medium car but still good value for money. It would have been cool if they brought the card reader over to the car so I didn't have to get out but a very minor inconvenience.

Nice and courteous team at the car wash. Prices are reasonable.
