The car wash's advertised 24-hour availability is contradicted by closures at 8pm or a power cut at 9pm. The shampoo cycles do not dispense soap, forcing one customer to take their soapy car elsewhere and another to receive a partial refund.

Paid £10 and started soaping the car, went to rinse it off and the power went! Asked the guy in esso who said it switches off at 9pm… no where does it say that on the machine or signage.. website even says 24hour… had to take else where to clear the soap off! Terrible service

No soap dispensing in any of the shampoo cycles. Asked the cashier but he was nee and didn’t know anything about the jet wash so refunded 50% of the purchase.
