⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had my car cleaned at IMO Car Wash on Avondale Road, Cwmbran, and I was genuinely impressed with the service. The team did an excellent job, paying great attention to detail and leaving my car spotless inside and out. They were professional, efficient, and took pride in their work. The whole experience was quick, friendly, and excellent value for money. My car looked as good as new when they finished. I would highly recommend IMO Car Wash on Avondale Road to anyone looking for a high-quality, reliable car wash. I'll definitely be returning!

Heewa was lovely, top service, nice and quick and solid wash

Happy with the car wash. Paid £10 for Diamond Wax and thought this was value for money. I was also offered to have the inside cleaned for £25 which I initially rejected and an attended came back with another offer of 'in and out' for £20. And explained if I was to have the Eco Wash, £5 plus inside cleaned £10 equalling £15 or keep the Diamond Wax £10, plus inside cleaned £10 equalling £20 instead. I accepted the £20 offer and was told to pay at the end. Car was washed and inside vacuumed, windows cleaned and dust blown. Initially looking the inside clean looks nice but there are spray marks across the insid plastic and there is still dust and bits on the dashboard and floor, so I wouldn't bother with the inside clean again. Upon completion I was told my prepaid £10 voucher had been accepted and still owed £20! I had to pay as the work had been done but the miscommunication came across deceitful given the examples used. I'd have the car washed again only! The inside clean was definitely not good value Cwmbran IMO

Didn't manage to get my car washed as I had an engine issue due to myself servicing the car earlier in the day and I caused a right bloody mess as I was about to go into the main wash. The guys are awesome as soon as the smoke started they were there helping and pulled me to the side, no rush or problem, alot of places would of said I was blocking the workway. They could not of helped me enough these guys here are real people who are great and there to help. Brothers I cannot thank you enough and I will return tomorrow to have the car wash and with some things I hope will show my appreciation. They were only happy to drive me to a garage and assist, and it was great to see some real people still out there who want to help others. This is more than a car wash, these are some great people who are missing in this world, they showed me kindness in a time of need without anything from myself. The help and assistance these people have given me today have given me hope in a crazy modern world and I cannot thank you both enough. I will only ever use these guys to wash my car as they deserve every customer. Thankyou for your help today it meant alot 🙏

Don't bother with anything above the cheapest option, nothings different. Alloy spa doesn't mean they will clean your alloys, they just spray them before you go in.
