Do t usually post reviews but I was really disappointed with the service at Cwmbran today . I paid for a platinum clean on a little smart car £31.95 . Outside was ok , polish smears and the roof still dirty . Inside was barely vacuumed and I have done it again on my return home . My husband has had his cleaned there before and been reasonably happy . I won’t be returning as for that cost and such a small car I expected better . Very disappointed.

I dropped my car off for platinum, took less time than agreed. On return I found my car looked ok, after getting home I noticed lots of missed areas such as center console 2/4 wheel rims and drivers footwell and mat. It's annoying when you've paid for the top tier and it has been rushed.

Wheels still dirty sills still dirty not a very good job cat mats still dirty and dust on dash payed £32 as well

Great car wash in Cwmbrân. The staff are friendly, professional, and do a really thorough job — my car came out spotless. Prices are fair and the service is quick without feeling rushed. I also really appreciate that they provide official receipts and have a card machine, which makes everything easy and hassle-free. Definitely one of the best car washes in the area. Highly recommended!

Amazing service, excellent time cleaning the vehicle and no job was too big. I even got offered a receipt for the service! Thank you again staff :)

Went for the gold option £25 Bird poo still on bonnet Front grill not cleaned (still dirty with cobwebs) Lights and casing not cleaned. Side mirrors casing still dirty. Old leaves still trapped under back window. Inside was hoovered, but smelled like vomit VERY DISAPPOINTED Tried calling them for about 3 hours but went to voicmail every time. Save your money.

Have used before and happy, but last week my wheels ans mirror glass was still dirt. I'll do it myself in future, for the money

Excellent job on the outside but the inside leaves an awful lot to be desired. Not worth the price, probably ok for a quick wash and leave but wouldn’t want to use them again for anything outside of that.

Took our second car here for a top ceramic valet, it looked better than new when we picked it up, both inside and out. Great staff and an amazing job done. Both our cars will be regularly visiting here now. Excellent work guys, can't thank you enough.

My son’s car was cleaned today. They were very flexible about accommodating him at a certain time. The car was cleaned to a really high standard! Thankyou!

paid £50 for valet, wheel trims still dirty, boot not hovered properly and something on my bonnet!

Come in to do a little bit of shopping very polite very quick and clean service couldn’t recommend more

My car was absolutely filthy, shamefully so, in fact. I chose the platinum option because it was so bad and it was worth every penny. My 11 year old car looks better now than when I bought it 6 years ago. The staff there are lovely, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Called into ASDA today and saw the car cleaning company in the Car park Left my car for cleaning, when I came back couldn't believe hiw cleaning it was ...This is the best my car has looked since new ..Will use all the time now 🙏 you

I search this place on Google maps , I think someone may have dropped the pin in the wrong place as I couldn't find it drive round bit with a muddy car , ended up back at Morrisons which was convenient got the car washed and fuels in the same location , popped in to get something?? " SA " so the day was not completely wasn't
