Rogerstone Hand Car Wash

I asked for "Hand 1" on the pricing list once my car was boxed in. On the pricing list a large car (I have an estate) is £8. I was charged £10. When I challenged this the chap mumbled and would only accept £10. The clean itself was fine. They did a good job. But either adjust the pricing list to reflect an estate (if that is the issue) or just be honest and charge £8. Match the price charged with the list instead of trying to squeeze more money out of people - all I wanted was a quick outside wash haha.

Tried to charge me double the price because my car was "Dirty". Pretty sure that's why most cars go to car washes. Also decided to jet wash the inside of my boot and doors causing dampness and condensation. When questioned he threatened to take photographs of my car and registration. Avoid Avoid AVOID!

Charged 25.00 for wash and interior clean when others charge 15.00 they have lost me and few others others not worth the price at all Over priced and shabby

Could use a bucket with fairy outside my house and i still clean better. Very bad service wont be going never again

Took my car here to have the inside cleaned came back 10 minutes later with the car the exact same being charged 15 pounds. Waste of time. Waste of money. Don't go here !

Good service, very pleased with the outcome

went in for a basic outside wash as i had mold around my windows and doors and the car came out nicely. Would say however that they are very busy and the wait was a little long hence the 4 stars

Went there recently, was busy but to be honest the service was not great. They washed the car but no longer dry it off or spray a little cleaner on the car. when I go home and had a good look at the car it was not great, only half cleaned and full of streaks. They are in too much of a hurry and some of the staff are not really interested what I have seen. This is only my opinion and some may differ but I will not be going back

DONT GO HERE! I read the bad reviews and went anyway because of the convenient location. I left my car and arranged to collect it an hour later. It was a very cold day. Came back an hour later and the car wasn’t cleaned and also they had left the doors open and the key in so my battery had died. Had to get my breakdown cover to come and give me a jump start. So frustrating, costly and a waste of my time.

To be fair they did a great job in as far as the car was very clean afterwards, however they charged me £20 (initially wanted £25) for a clean advertised at £13, and despite asking twice whether they accept card payment and them saying yes, when it came time to pay I was told I would have to drive to the ATM to get cash to pay.
