Drive in hand Car wash

Busy when I went there but they still did a good job inside was quite dirty especially the mats but they sorted it out but didn't get the usual free air freshener. £25 not the cheepest but good job I will go back👍

Worst experience ever. Absolute zero stars. I took my car here today, and it was a complete disaster. The wash was incredibly poor—once the car dried, I could see layers of dirt that weren't even touched. The customer service is terrible; the staff act like they don't want to be there. Most importantly, watch your belongings. They will steal anything left in the car, even a pen. On top of that, they only accept cash, and the prices posted on the wall are fake/outdated. Easily the worst car wash in Newport. Avoid this place at all costs!

People, please be careful going to this car wash. The animal in this picture tried to stab me and stole valuables out of my vehicle. Been reported to relevant authorities. The tyre shop across the road is complicit, they take your car in there and steal items from it.

Worst customer service ever

“Calling Brudhar Brother Brudher” Today I experienced the worst car wash and pathetic service with this team and i stopped because of one gentleman. I live in spytty and i was regular here. Today one big boss came and said “brudhar If u want me to clean the seat,pay me £25 for a saloon car. I was doing regular for £20 mini valet.He was so commanding and rude and deosn’t knw how to talk politely..he said its expensive leather and he uses the same towel and gel and cleaning items for expensive leather..if he wants tips i am happy to give him..dont loot others while seeing thr car and appearance.he only knws to call brother brudhar.. Never ever and ever..enough

They’re good but could be a bit more through with hoovering inside your car

Will take your money at the end, and only then tell you that the prices shown all around the business are "out of date" and refuse to give you any change. Not even a particularly good wash of the vehicle.

Nice and quick - drive in and pay at the end. £7 for basic wash and dry but only issue is they only take cash
