I paid £30 for a gold clean and was disappointed to say the least. First the boot was not hovered at all, then under close inspection I noticed that the super vacuum wasn’t super as I found loads of bits of rubbish under the baby seat and passenger seats. The seat pockets haven’t been touch and had dust and dirt in them. When I came back to complain one of the men said they will do it for me but the other working on the vacuum station was very argumentative. He said that I didn’t take everything out and I said it’s only a car seat and a pram it’s not hard, I also mentioned I stayed in the waiting area so he could have called me to take them out. I said I could have done it better myself and the man said “then do it yourself”. Absolutely appalling. They also sprayed some sticky substance on the surfaces that makes it look like it’s clean and not dusty but when I wiped them they were dirty. Then I looked in the car door and nothing was done there. I don’t t know how much I have to pay to get a decent clean. I could have done a better job myself in all honesty. Never coming back again.
