I wanted to share my recent experience at a local car wash that has left me feeling quite concerned about its safety, especially for female patrons. I’ve been a regular customer, but today’s incident has changed my perspective. After washing my car, it was in the final stages of drying and interior cleaning. My partner and my sister, who had been grocery shopping, were waiting outside and came in once the car was almost finished. Unfortunately, one of the staff members deliberately splashed water on both of them and started laughing. While I could have overlooked this if it had been an accident, the situation escalated when I confronted the employee. Instead of an apology, he responded with aggression and made threatening remarks, saying he would harm me if he saw me elsewhere. At this point, my partner captured the incident on video and called the police. By the time the authorities arrived, that employee and two others had vanished from the site. I urge everyone to think twice before visiting this car wash, especially with female family members. Safety should always come first, and it’s disheartening to see such behavior from staff in a place meant to provide a service. Amazing car wash, friendly staff no complaints, would like to see bigger drying cloths or air drying as their shammies left marks but understable as they are so busy for outside wash £8 is a steal

Super happy with this hand car wash! They did an amazing job—my car looks spotless inside and out. You can really tell they take their time and care about the details. Friendly staff, fair prices, and my car has never looked this clean

Gone down hill so fast,,, i watched the guy cleaning drop the clothes on floor gathering all the grit then proceeded to clean,,,, do if you get swirl marks and scratches look no further.

I have been going to this place for 6 years straight! I have always trusted these guys to clean the car. However, recently one of the guys didn’t do a good job and I kindly asked if they can clean the dirt off he turned around and said it’s clean so pay the money and go. I asked him to check it again and he rolled his eyes saying you don’t have to pay just go. I asked for the manager and he started swearing and talking in his language. I still paid for the service because I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER. I then called the company and spoke to the manager he spoke to his colleagues and his colleagues LIED saying nothing happened. Honestly, this place has gone down hill. Iwill never go to this place again shouting and swearing is not what PAYING CUSTOMERS DESERVE.
