Kurdistan Hand Car Wash

I have never been so angry with a car wash place before. I have had 2 small children for 5 years and I’ve never been told that my car is so dirty they have to charge my Vauxhall Astra £25 for an inside and outside clean in comparison to the £15 advertised on the billboard. I have attached pictures of the inside of the car and the poor service of the wash on the outside of the car. Where I am even more angry is that I waited 25 minutes so that the car can be cleaned and then I could pick up my children, to just be told they will charge me more because of the state of the car. So essentially they wanted to clean a new car. Legally you should take the payment that is advertised or change your billboard to say we will charge more when we feel like it. I have used multiple car wash places and I’ve never had poor service and extortionate rates and crookedness like this place. Never again 👎

Inside was done well, but on the outside the bird droppings were not cleaned off the car. I guess they will do better next time.

I had to clean my car with spray after they just cleaned my car. It’s not satisfying at all.

A good place to get your car washed. Very good attention to detail when cleaning the interior. When washing the exterior, although very thorough, I would like to suggest they Lather the soap more, but otherwise very good.

The guys are attention to detail and provide top service in cleaning your car! Like anywhere ..go very early from 8am to 10am to get the best services.

£8 for a medium SUV outside . Pretty good job , the owner is a polite guy. Update: CRV sized car is now £10 Juke £7 still not bad . Not 100% perfect but acceptable.
