Our Take

The platinum wash (£9.99) had a non-functional blow-dry, and a cheaper wash left soap suds on the car. The drive-through is decent for the price, with contactless payment now available, but it misses spots and is not as thorough as a hand wash.

Decent for the price for a drive through car wash (£9.99 for wash, wheels, wax, dry, drops a few quid for each feature you don't want) and it's nice that it now has contactless payment as an option rather than having to go into the petrol station first to buy a code. There are still bits its misses on your car and it's not as good as a hand car wash, but overall it looks decent when you come out.

One of the cheaper washes was just a rinse but wasn’t done properly and left soap suds all over the car. Garage uninterested that the wash wasn’t completed and refused to refund or offer another wash.
