Heathrow Car Wash

I took my car to this shop to have it washed, and they applied acid to my car, which caused damage. I am still waiting to be compensated for the damage they caused. They have made nothing but promises, and so far, I have received nothing. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop. Based on my experience, I do not consider them trustworthy.

Very disappointed with my experience at Heathrow Car Wash. They charged me £12 for a small car, even though the price board clearly states £10. The quality of the wash was extremely poor, with many areas still dirty after the wash. It also seemed like low-quality cleaning products were used. When I raised my concerns, instead of addressing them professionally, the owner responded by saying he had done me a favour by washing my car. That's not the level of customer service anyone should expect when paying for a service. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this car wash. Customers deserve to receive the service they pay for and to be treated with respect.
