I’ve drove pass and park at bugger king I’ve ask the staff at the shop how long I can park and eat and I’ve mentioned if I need to give them my registration plate number they said it’s ok Now this MFG car park changing me 100 fined for over staying more than 30 im not filing up I’m not using jet wash im park to eat at bugger king which is I was told I can stay at the designated car park for 45mns I’ve stay 42mns still tryna send me 100 fined people work hard and you just wanna rob them like that

Spend money to use a car wash and get hit with a £100 fine for 30mins max stay at the car park??? Why would you lure people into a trap. Don't reccommend going here, not worth it.

As I can see quite a few people have reported before, I came to wash my car on Sunday 19th April and there was a que of 2 cars in front of us, there are 4 handwash sections but 1 was out of order and one had no soap in it so really there were only 2 in working order, one of which the brush kept falling off as I eventually got to use it. I came home today to a letter informing me that I have a £60 fine as I was on the property for too long, how on earth can this be the case when you are offering the service of a carwash facility, I spent a bit extra in store that day aswell as I needed to buy clothes and sprays to finish the car off after the wash, there are no signs that are obvious to the eye whilst you are waiting in line to use the car wash that is not maintained as should be. How many people have you stung in this way? this is extremely poor service! I have given you a 1 star rating but if if it could be minus you would be getting that.

Good car washing facilities, however your plates are read upon entry to the fuel forecourt and again upon exit, not specifically for washing your car - any time spent waiting to use the washing bays is therefore counted against your total stay. Signage is designed to blend in with similar colour backgrounds and permits you 30 minutes to wash your car, including wait time, unless you provide your numberplate inside the Londis. Currently fighting a £100 parking charge. I got in touch with the customer service email as the owner replies to people on here, and they were unable to help in any meaningful way. Complete lack of consideration for any other service than quick stops for fuel and the owner should be ashamed. You (the consumer) should note a vast majority of car park monitoring services are offered with a percentage rebate system to the land owner for tickets that are paid by individuals being caught by this scheme, meaning the lessor profits from your misery. Very poor form for an otherwise good and desired service in the area.

A complete scam, people utilise the jet wash bays and there ends up being a queue of line, so people queue beside the petrol station bumper to bumper engines on not parked, waiting for people to free up spaces. You finally get a spot to wash your car which takes less than 10 minutes and then you leave and have a penalty charge notice for 100 pounds.

Car wash is good but given a £100 penalty charge. Will not be back.

Received a parking ticket just for using the Jetwash (didn’t even park). 30 minutes max but if you only use the jetwash you won’t see the signs. Very predatory behaviour. Recommend going somewhere else that isn’t ripping off its paying customers
