I’ve been coming here every couple of weeks to get my car washed, and the service has been consistently excellent. Today I happened to be there when they had just opened, and I was their very first customer of the day. Even first thing in the morning, the team was welcoming, professional, and treated me with the same respect they always do. They take great care with every wash, pay attention to the details, and are always friendly and polite to every customer. It’s refreshing to find a business that provides such consistently high-quality service. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable car wash with great customer service. Another Update #3 Back to 5 ⭐. The manager, "Aka" done a excellent job used a spray polish and a high pressure airline for any water remaining and car is gleaming all for the basic £10 wash, all this even though they were super busy. UPDATE, 2nd visit and no longer 5 ⭐ service, water dripping or wet in 5 different places and they say it's done, asked them to do it again. No leather chamois used like the first time, just microfiber cloths. Bonnet not cleaned properly 3 areas which I had to do myself as the workers had all walked away. 4 guys, 1 car and still dirty plus 1 guy had the cheek to ask for payment even though they were still drying it, feel sorry for the later customers as it was only around midday. Got home and had to clean dead fly residue from lights, windscreen and bumper and do the windows properly because they didn't use a chamois. First time visiting today, and I decided to come based on the great reviews—and they definitely lived up to the hype! I am very impressed with the service. The team took their time washing and drying the car properly using a proper chamois, which really shows they care about the finish and don't rush the job. For only £10, it even comes with a free air freshener. The staff are all incredibly polite, and I had no issues asking them to go over a few stubborn spots or water drops. So far, for the price, this has been the best value-for-money car wash I have used in quite a few years. Highly recommended and I will definitely be returning! 🚗🧼

Amazing people help with all sorts of stuff great experience

This car wash has really bad service. I went there, and even though I told them three times about the issues, they neither properly cleaned it nor addressed the problem. Under the wiper, there was still dirt, and they said, "Tell us next time, and we’ll do it then." And under my bumper, the plastic had turned white. They said, "It’ll go away later; you can just use a lighter to fix it properly." Terrible service. I would not recommend them—don’t go to them, or else your car will get damaged.
