Service without polite forms, even not answer "hi" , instead staff speaking foreign language behind counter.

After I complained about the car wash today because it didn’t wash my car properly and left some dirty stains on it, the Asian guy who works there came and gave me refund and registered my number plate in their system and threatened me Not to come back here and said “ this is your last time at this station” I got his Video as well as the state of my car after the wash and he was rude. I have all the video footage of the car wash and the guy as well. I hope BP company read this review and investigate this matter.

Customer service very rude

Not a bad BP staff are good, But could be bigger with the amount of space they have there.

Always has the best BP petrol prices between Petts Hill and Greenford Roundabout. My go to station. Blessings.

This is as typical BP, although not too clean and not always fully stocked shop. The ground by the pumps were either sticky or greasy which is dangerous.

Very poor customer service

The entry and exit points are not clearly marked, making it quite confusing, especially since the station is located on a busy road. I purchased a coffee from Costa Coffee machine, but unfortunately, The coffee was splattered all over the machine marks were visible. Coffee too tasted awful.

The Petrol Nozzel at pump 8 wasn’t working as every time the trigger was dropping. I went to let the staff know one of the Sri Lankan short aged staff was very rude and said no one complained all day so many customer taking petrol. Didn’t even listen to me properly and made that comment. I worked for fuel site as well. And that’s not the customer service we provide or expected

Convenient location, good car wash. Expensive fuel.

Went to use car wash only, no petrol. Chose Premium wash at £9. Impressive clean and price.

Their fuel prices are usually higher than average. Car wash is constantly “out of service”

This petrol station is usually very busy at the vest of times due to it's location, it is located on a narrow strip hence the lack of space whilst trying to get on a pump. Our trucks fill up there on a daily basis which doesn't help the lack of space problem however I've found the attendants on duty to have an excellent attitude especially as they are always busy. PS washing your own car by hand is good excercise, get rid of the car wash, get rid of the lazy people!👍🏾
