The guy work at night not very nice. He can’t treat poeple like that. I live local, buy petrol every week first time I gone late but he treat me like im going to do something bad. Never going there anymore..

Worst night staff. Rude behaviour .. Deleted my BPme app. . Not gonna use this again.

I’ve been buying fuel here for 17yrs, the service has deteriorated in the last 2 years. The staff has increasingly become racist and unfriendly, black people have to pay before fuelling and Asians fuel first and pay after. Today I wanted to fill up my tank, half way the pump was stopped, when I asked why, the old lady failed to explain why the pump suddenly stopped, I believe they discriminated against me, very stupid and dangerous behaviour, they lost the money as I could have paid more. I have witnessed racial discrimination at this station towards black peoples. Avoid this Petrol station. The staff are very unfriendly. This station needs a new management. When one person from a particular race commit a crime it does mean that the entire race has committed the crime. You must educate yourself, BP is a global company and does not belong to a small group of individuals and does not tolerate any kind of discrimination. I will make an official complaint.

This petrol station is using the car jet wash at 3am ect And shouting Over the microphone waking residents up the nose at night is a disgrace our community as sleepless nights so they can make money they Ignore complaints And it seems impossible to speak to a manager, It's gotten so bad our community are nowDoing a petitionFor our residents regarding the lack of respectAnd unacceptable sleepless nights

They are very rude and will not help you at all

The car wash Blow Dry function is as effective as using a poundstore pocket fan 😡 Not worth ANY additional cost above the basic wash 👎👎👎

Had an issue with tyre inflation machine didn't seem to work tapped it a few times but no noise so went in to shop to ask if it was working. Was told the card part wasn't working so went on my way. Just noticed one account I've been charged 4 time's so called up explained what happened and was told the machine was working . If I took in a statement they'd refund me ... Great stuff ... but I don't have statements to the chap I have it on my phone but he wanted a statement . Went round in circles fr a while decided to give up as he wasn't getting what I was saying . Won't be going here again .

The night staff is not friendly at all. It was my regular fuel station but not anymore. I went there at night and first they locked the machine to pay first. I request the guy at till to unlock the meter as i have to full the tank. He said give me the keys then i will unlock fuel machine which is completely insane. How can you ask someone to deposit you our car keys. I have never seen any fuel station doing this practice. Anyways he didn’t unlocked the machine and ask me to get a fuel at price not in litre. His body language was not appropriate idk know is he new or what’s going wrong with him. This happened second time with me at night time that’s why I am leaving my review here so at least somebody from higher management take action and fix their broken structure and staff attitude. The old guy and girl at day time. I don’t expect 5 star service but atleast they do their job properly.

Don't ask me why but my car seems to be quieter and runs more smoothly on this ...and it was down to 1.53p..

I had very bad experience from last couple of my visits specially at night. First I try to ignore and don’t want to post bad comment but i think it’s important to share after my last visit. I have been using this fuel station from last one year and i found night staff is not friendly nor nice. I don’t expect first class service but at least they have to be professional and polite. Today I went there and they put the pay first sign and ask for tank fuel he told me to give them my car keys then i can get tank full. Nobody is allowed to take our car keys because we are the registered keeper and laible for any loss or damage. If my car caught fire while he holds the key do they accept liability? Anyhow, I refuse and ask him tap my card and open the meter and he said i can only add amount in my system. Like other fuel station we just tap card and get as much fuel as we want but I don’t know either he has no idea or he is new… That guy behaviour was like I came to steal their fuel… using hard tone and didn’t help out. I want tank full but end up with fixed amount fuel… that was my last visit to this fuel station and now i will change my regular fuel station…

It’s funny how Lawrence had replied to every review apart from the main one where the staff racially profile you I have experienced this myself yet nothing is being done,only option is to put on a boycott till they listen watch this review be taken down by them

The staff are friendly and helpful, they have two spot for car washing, ( hand washing with their pressure gun or you can use the automatic washing area.

Wonderful places for your car.

The noise that is coming from your forecourt. Regarding the jet, wash and the cleaning of the forecourt. At this time a night, it's completely unacceptable. That's another video to send to birmingham city council.Regarding the nuisance noise, if this continues much long at tonight, I should be coming over, and it will not be for a pleasant conversation. Believe me enough, is enough, no consideration for the residents or your neighbors absolute disgrace

Fed up of being abused by the staff. Several of your longer serving employees are rude and disrespectful to customers. Had multiple problems here from the costa coffee machine dispensing lumpy milk then having to argue to not have to pay for it. To a certain cashier who abuses the half price car wash and charges full price. You are one of three local petrol stations. I think going foward I will utilise the other two more.

Very very rude people work here they damaged my car in car wash rang up hung up phone on me raised voice , went in few days later changed there tune, promised management would ring me have photo evidence found parts of my car still in car wash never rang or took it seriously now had to apy money to hire a solicitor to take legal action
