good value fast and food clean

Usually get my car washed in small heath. This wash was very fast and left lots of areas of inside not cleaned. Car didnt have that usual fresh clean feel. Would not return.

Amazing guys! Definitely value for money and did a fantastic job!

Very disappointing experience. The quality of the wash was poor, and the customer service made it even worse. After the wash, there was still visible dirt on the car. The windows were left with fingerprints and dirt marks, the windscreen had not been properly cleaned, and the wheel polish was unevenly applied and looked unfinished. When I pointed out the areas that had clearly been missed, some of the staff were rude and showed little interest in resolving the issues. For a price they charged, I expect basic attention to detail and a willingness to correct mistakes when they're brought to their attention. Unfortunately, I received neither. I left with a car that still looked dirty in several places and felt that my concerns were dismissed. I won't be returning and would not recommend this car wash based on my experience.

I don’t live in Birmingham, I moved away 5 months ago… these guys are the BEST! That I now will drive the 1.5 hrs to come back to these guys!

Very good experience and my car looks amazing after washing and polishing it.

Left swirl marks all over my paint work costing me £350 to correct. Avoid this place at all costs!

The worst car wash I’ve ever been to. We were waiting for five minutes before they asked us what we wanted and we said we wanted to valet service. They proceeded to start on our car wash the outside quite poorly and then we had to wait for 10 minutes and then they started half drying our car and stopped and told us to park outside of the main area and when we said to them we wanted the inside clean too they didn’t know even though we told the manager four times and everyone was aware really poor service they focus on constantly bother and quality and really wouldn’t recommend anyone going there. Our car was left dirtier than before and they had the nerve to charge £10 for an awful job.

Good car wash actually. Gave me a good spray down to get all the residual road muck off, then a good soap spray and then a final jet wash. Took time over my alloys and got me to roll forward a bit to make sure all alloys were clean. 👌🏻

Terrible service, came in for a wash dry wax, the car was still dirty after, and most completely wet, thats after being there for half an hour and it wasn't even busy, never returning

Charged me extra £1 for volume of car from medium to Large ,I asked to wash my mats , at the end he asked £2 for mats. Door panels and alloys not even cleaned good. Disgusting people.

Amazing place amazing people washed three cars with amazing quality on car was literally used as a dump truck and they cleaned it no questions asked. When I was to close they warned me water may spray on me, showed care for public. Generally 5 stars love it.

Asked for an outside wash and a worker just walked off and then I was ignored so I drove off
