Average but pricey the shop side of things but petrol stations always are

The lads who work there are brilliant. Sometimes I feel like a pain going in to collect parcels when people need fuel, but the lads don’t stress and get me sorted quickly.

I asked for a automatic basic car wash, middle age asian man said £5.99 and I was surprised to hear, I explained usually I pay £3.00 at another BP which is less than a mile away from you but he raised his middle finger and abused me, he definitely wanted trouble but I ignored this impudent due to my self respect. I am a businessman and I can not believe that BP is employing such a insolent staff to serve Great Britain, should avoid this BP site.

Great service

Not the cheapest but there are plenty of them located all over the country that you’ll end up in one of their stations at some point.

Very helpful staff when I go with my Evie parcels and they will do this for me Also last week i was bullied by 5 men saying i had reversed into one of their cars which i hadn’t. The staff and manager were extremely helpful and assured me that they had checked CCTV which shows i had not gone anywhere near the car. Thankyou

I always go here to post my Evri parcels, buy petrol and get my car cleaned. The people who work here are really friendly and helpful.

Busy at times

One of the best service stations around staff is very helpful.

I had to take a parcel here for an Amazon return and the staff are not friendly at all. The assistant seemed to be very disappointed that I hadn't purchased any fuel or anything from the shop. Unfortunately, this is the petrol station that I do use for petrol, as it's on my doorstep, but I just grin and bare it

Extremely rude staff. Had a chat on the phone but the receiver didn’t even have the curtesy to speak with basic manners. Staff should have some etiquette and common sense to at least talk with decent manners if someone is trying to ask for help. I would give minus stars if I could for the appalling customer service I received.
