Excellent service

Says it's open 24 hours but every time I try and fuel up around 3-4am there's no one to turn the pump on. I've stood there for 10-15 mins waiting for the woman to appear from the back room like she's asleep or something and this morning no one even showed so had to go old swinford to fuel up which made me late for work hence 1 star, place is fine during the day and even at night it's just the lazy staff in the early hours that drag it down

Staff failed to identify a declined payment at the counter, then publicly stopped my vehicle with a loudspeaker announcement as I was leaving the forecourt, creating the impression that I was attempting to drive off without paying. I immediately returned and paid. The issue arose because staff failed to verify the transaction before allowing us to leave. More disappointing than the mistake itself was the attitude of management when I raised a complaint. Poor customer service and a very embarrassing experience.

Decent fuel garage. Bit on the pricey side. Doubled up as a bar during lockdown serving beer to enjoy on the grass opposite in the absence of pubs.

They accused me of shoplifting and then showing the camera footage to people who isn’t my family showing my face around but what happened was my boyfriend brought a drink from my local shop in Dudley and we went out with his uncal we wen there and my boyfriend took his drink in and ask my to hold it while he brought another one so I went outside yes it was a misunderstanding but they was still accusing me and showing my face around to people who isn’t my family without watching all the footage only half of it I am only 17 years old and this has been horrible I’ve had people texting me saying I was shoplifting when I wasn’t and when I went to the shop i proved my case that I wasn’t I’m not happy with this at all they need to be closed showing underage children to adults who don’t Evan know me

Ordered a few items via uber with this place. Gave me half a order as much as I tried to sort this out they wanted me to make another order when they didn't give me my full order. Had the phone put down on me a few times the employee excuse was he just started there. Not happy at all as my solution wasn't fulfilled as they refused to answer the phone to me. I wish I couldn't even give them 1 star.

I pop in a few times a month on my way home when I’m working out of town. The staff are really friendly. Store is fully stocked and very clean. it’s very convenient for me as the shop is fully stocked I grab a few things which save me going to the supermarket and sometimes I get my car washed.

Make sure they do the rewards card points, when you fill up, because they don't.

Use this station frequently and Nishanthan is always a pleasure to be greeted so warmly by. Great guy great customer service

Do not come here at night if you're a company car user. They won't issue you a reprint of the receipt needed for business purposes and just give you the change instead of crediting the unused balance. Plus the night porter is extremely unhelpful and has a negative attitude.

im not sure where to begin.... ive been accused of taking fuel withoit paying, i explained it was a mistake, i possibly forgot to pay while gettimg a greggs. my wife has paid the bill but the lady keeps on refusing to serve me untill i pay. its not the best fuel station to be honest its all a. it weird in there and the pop is always warm.

Very rude customer service….. spoken to me like I was stupid, and then I payed first as asked if £20 and only let me put maximum £19.95 in, what a joke. Won’t be coming back again

Car wash: car came out dirtier than it went in. Complete waste of money. AVOID and use the one on Pedmore Road.
