Left car for mini wash. Had bird poo on 3 places on roof. Went back to collect and damage was on roof. Owner denied he had anything to do with it and blamed the bird. Biggest bunch of cowboys I have ever seen. Will be reporting to fca and may take to civil court as its unacceptable and very unprofessional.

This is car wash damaged my cars paint work very bad service and they said they didn’t do it do not take your car here shit service

The WORST mini valet in Birmingham. Both inside and out, the car is still dirty. No attention to detail, have missed things. Windscreen still has their handprints. screen has marks. the carpets haven’t been vacuumed properly. nothing has been wiped down.

Used to be decent. Now it’s a rushed job and a lack of attention to detail.

Today 06/03/2026. I had a very bad experience at this car wash today. I have been using this place for a long time, but the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. After the wash, my car was still wet and there were visible dust spots on the body. I politely asked the worker to properly dry and clean the car. Unfortunately, the worker could barely speak English and instead of fixing the issue, he became very rude and aggressive. He told me to “take your car and f*** off.” When I said I would not pay until the car was cleaned properly, he threatened me and said if I tried to take my car he would “f*** me off.” He even came very close to my face in an aggressive manner. This is not how customers should be treated. I have been coming here for a long time and it is shocking that they employ people who behave like this. Very disappointing experience and I will not be returning.

Hardworking crew here. It didn't take long to clean the interior and exterior of my Ford for £15. For some reason, a bank card is preferred.

Stole my wheel nut from my side door.

Left bits of dirt on bodywork and mirror was soapy.also quite rude to me and dear.

Highly recommend this place. They do an incredible job and make your car look brand new. Very respectful and kind guys too.

The worst car wash has been ever before, and very bad behaviour and unprofessional. Also, they wash their friends first without being in queue. Not recommended at all. 👎

If I could give no stars, I would. The inside under the mat was still dirty. The bird poo that was in-between the door outside and in, still remained. I had to ask for a cloth myself to clear my drivers seat. Absolute ridiculous.

Brilliant service. My car has never been washed so well

They have first class service, I went there one cold morning and was offered a heater so I could keep warm while my car was being washed ,also good polishing brilliant.

This place I have been going to for 2 months now, I appreciate the way they clean my car and take care of of it, the speed and teamwork is good, these guys just see you coming in and start immediately, by doing the basic then they ask you what options you would like done. Once chosen options They dry the car and polish, and depending on the options you chose the car is left in a good condition with your interior and exterior looking new. The staff are friendly and accommodated us in a relax lounge which made us feel more important in a quick business. I really like the experience of coming down here and getting my car looked after.
