First time using Big Boss Hand Car Wash, and I was really impressed. The staff were friendly, worked hard, and did an excellent job cleaning my car inside and out. Great attention to detail, quick service, and good value for money. I’ll definitely be coming back and would happily recommend them to others!

Wash to perfection. They wash my car better than most places I’ve been too across Birmingham. They are not too expensive either. Their mini valet for medium car is only £15!!! Includes vacuum, wash, dry, tyre shine, window clean etc etc. I rate this place. They look after your car.

EXCELLENT SERVICE: With special mention of Bashir, I would just like to share my recent experiences after having cause to visit two different BIG BOSS CAR WASH SERVICE Sites in Erdington, Birmingham. I had an unusual request as I needed my CAR ENGINE washed on two separate occasions in preparation for oil leak repairs.These guys were so kind and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They made an excellent job of it on both occasions. I am retired, and can honestly say I have never met such friendly staff in a car wash in my lifetime before now. Therefore, if you want a great friendly service I highly recommend BIG BOSS CAR WASHING SERVICES. Their prices are reasonable too.

Excellent place to get your or van washed. They really pay attention to detail here. I was impressed with the cleaning and the service. Offer drinks while I waited the staff here are very friendly. Will be visiting again soon

I’ve just had a mini valet and I’m very pleased with my car, inside and out. I’m sure at some point I had 5 people all working very hard cleaning my car. The mats were very dirty, I paid an extra £5 to have them washed rather than just hoovering, they looked as good as new when he put them back. The price was very reasonable considering how dirty my car was. I left a £5 and still feel like I got my moneys worth, I will be going back.

First time went my car was horrendous dog hair sand the lot come back after 4 hour's she looked brand new highly recommended going no matter what state your car is in they seem to get it looking fresh with a perfect shine

The staff are friendly, professional and really take their time to make sure everything is done properly. Attention to detail was spot on, even the little areas most places miss were spotless. Really sound lads. They did a thorough but fast job on my Polestar. Cleaned the baby seat when asked. It's sparkling inside and out now. I didn't have to wait for it to be cleaned, they just got on with it straight away. Recommended!
