My new local fill up spot as I moved closer to it recently, can't go wrong with filling up and getting a greggs inside at the same time

I visited the car wash at this station today expecting a simple and straightforward service, but unfortunately it turned into a very frustrating experience. I selected the usual £2 quick wash option (wash and rinse), however after making payment, the timer began counting down abnormally fast and expired before I could properly use the machine. This happened three separate times, costing me money without receiving the service paid for. I immediately went into the shop and asked an attendant to inspect the machine. He initially stated that if the machine was faulty, I would be refunded. Ironically, when he came outside, the machine briefly appeared to work normally. However, at the same moment, another customer using the neighbouring machine complained about exactly the same issue. In addition, a different customer’s payment resulted in the machine displaying a minus sign instead of starting properly, clearly showing there was an ongoing fault with the system. Despite multiple customers raising the same concern, the attendant dismissed the complaints and refused to assist or process any refund. The entire situation was handled very poorly, with no regard for customer service or fairness. I left extremely disappointed and frustrated. Customers should not have to repeatedly lose money because of faulty equipment while staff ignore obvious issues. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid using this car wash until the machines are properly fixed and the management improves the way customer complaints are handled. I have attached some videos of the machine giving negative (-) reading, racing abnormally and skipping counts.

Very convenient and friendly place to get petrol and food too.

Went to Burger 🍔 King very impressed with the premise. Lovely friendly gentleman and very polite lady staff member. Only problem was my Burger 🍔 was warm chips 🍟 were spot on, no salt added............................................................ I will definitely go again........................... Even popped to Greg's for cream cake 🎂 🥮 🍥 🥞 🧁 🍰

Whenever I am travelling to Birmingham,I always fill fuel from this esso petrol station.it gives longer millage.compared to the other suppliers.even esso from my city doesn't give as good millage as this Coventry road Birmingham esso patrol station gives.

Easy to go in from both sides of the dual carriage way. Quick service and assistant very kind.

Came to get fuel at 2am man working there was so rude he started swearing at my partner he should not be employed there as he clearly can’t do his job and talk in a normal manner should get the sack as I’ve heard loads of people have said he’s rude and tries scamming them from money. It’s the old man with long hair that looks homeless. This was on the 4th of jan 2026 around 2am. I hope he gets the sack as he’s not able to do his job correctly.

One of the most ignorant and full of attitude attendants i have ever come across (you know the one that looks like he hasn't had a wash in weeks who many have complained about yet is still somehow working at the establishment)

Very rude old white man with long hair working at night. Once, I paid £40 on night pay and only filled up £25 before he cut off my pump. I went to the till and he started being rude, saying “why didn’t you stop filling?” I told him I paid £40 and could show him the bank payment on my phone, but he insisted he was right. Then he said I was the first to use night pay — I told him no, I was second, the first guy was right before me. He still wouldn’t admit he was wrong, no apology, nothing — just said “you want the money back then, don’t you.” I said I just want to fill up my car, and when he restarted the pump he cut it off £1 short anyway. I avoided this place for a while, especially at night, but went back tonight. It was freezing cold, and I was stood outside for about 3–4 minutes, so I tapped the window. He snapped at me really rudely. I said I’ve been waiting outside and it’s cold. I didn’t even end up getting any diesel, just left. Won’t be coming back here. Other people I know also complain about this same member of staff when I tell them where I live lol.
