Finesse IT Detailing & Paint Protection specialist

Having had one botched 'paint correction' on my E46 M3 I chose my detailer more carefully this time around. As soon as I met Zaf I knew I had made the right choice. He clearly knew his stuff, measuring the paint thickness all over, and gave an honest appraisal of what paint correction could and couldn't do. I have just picked the car up, and what a difference! All the marks that have bugged me for the last year are gone, and in their place a brilliant finish on what is a notoriously difficult colour to work with. A ceramic coating and advice on how to look after it finished it off nicely. I couldn't be more pleased. What struck me most was Zaf's attitude; 'good enough' and 'it'll do' are not phrases you will hear in his workshop. Highly Recommended!

Having checked with a range of detailing companies, I was lucky enough to contact Zaf at Finesse, who impressed me with his honesty. I gave him the job of detailing my rather neglected Jaguar F Pace and he transformed it in three days into a thing of beauty. You can absolutely trust this guy to deliver an excellent service and keep your car safe in a very secure workshop.

Great customer service and knows what he is doing, Had my car detailed before but the service and job was not as good as this. My car looks like its come out the showroom now and also steam cleaned my interior I never thought it would go back to that condition. Friendly fast and polite service, definitely recommend.

I would just like to say a big thank to Finesse IT Detailing in Birmingham, for training us on the 3 day fully comprehensive step by step course which teaches you everything you need to now about detailing. Great valve for money. The best thing is you get all the support and advice for where to purchase your equipment from. I have learnt so much about detailing which I could never have learned from watching you tube videos, if your serious about setting up a detailing business and want to give 100% service to your customers, then I only recommend Finesse IT Detailing course.

The team here did an exceptional job on my car. I had wet sanding marks left all over it from a poor finish at a main dealer and the guys here removed all of it to a flawless glass finish. Ceramic coated the car for extra protection and also detailed the interior. They wwnt over and beyond and the car now looks like a brand new car. Cannot rate these guys highly enough. Use with confidence. A+++++++
