Central car wash

If i could give minus stars i would! Worst car wash in Tamworth!! Very ignorant staff and no attention to detail at all, they washed the soap off and sprayed the ground which blew dirt and stones all over the car and said its ok just dry.. this place should just give up and close down let someone who knows what they’re doing take over..

Customer service non existent. The bald guy is so rude I couldn't believe he was able to get a business for himself. Absolute waste of money and soap marks left, unfinished job.

They charged my disabled mother double and didn’t clean the roof, really bad job. Don’t go here. Horrible advantage takers as you can see they knew she was too short to see the roof

should be reported to the police this guy is a scammer and a crook tried to over charge me by 15 pounds, need to be shut down. i will be reporting it

Do not use. Was today presure mashine opened fuel cup nearly not broke it. As well turned mirrow other side ( car is 2020) Very bad customer service. Car reg still dirty. Never will back again.

Car door dinged today on metal railing near the exit by a young lad drying the car. I was inside at the time and heard it connect. He admitted it when challenged due to ‘being tired’. The ‘Manager’ then vehemently and somewhat aggressively refused to acknowledge any damage, despite it being obvious how it had connected and visible. I suppose I had next to no chance of him admitting fault, but please take this as a warning any future customers….. First time here in years as had previously written it off due to the inconsistent pricing and general lack of care. Silly me.

DO NOT go here! Absolute rip off… charged £20 which is the “family car” price… I have a 3 door ford fiesta??? I had a mini valet… the boot was apparently hoovered, however dog hairs are still EVERYWHERE, and the back seats weren’t hoovered either. The front dashboard wasn’t cleaned, only the wheel and radio system. And finally no air freshener given, which is what is supposed to come with the mini valet. Will NOT be wasting my time or money on this place again!

DO NOT USE!! Me & my Daughter took our cars there today....it was so busy! No attention to detail. Still dirty inside when we got home. They made an elderly lady wait whilst doing others. They made us wait whilst doing others - funnily enough, all females were made to wait!!! Asked for more money, I refused what I was quoted on arrival. Took pics to prove how much missed!!

Had the gold wash. Every detail perfect. All nooks and crannies cleaned. Cannot rate highly enough. Will be returning for sure 👍👍

"RATING AT ABOVE SHOULD BE NEGATIVE 5 AND THAT IS BE ME GENERES WITH RATING" STAFF DONT PAY ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS WHEN YOU CLEAN THE CAR YOU ARE BEEN IGNORED WHEN YOU ASK THEM TO DO THE JOB PROPERLY NOT A HALF WAY .JUST BECAUSE IM THE WOMAN. STAFF WAS EXTREMELY RUDELY AND DISRESPECTFUL AND IM MEAN RUDE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. STAFF NEED TO LEARN HOW TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMERS .
