Shocking experience and unacceptable behaviour from staff. If I could, I would leave minus 5 stars! Staff lying through their teeth about who the owner was when I wanted to complain. Asked 3 times, got 3 different answers. Should not be allowed to operate business at all. Basically, I left my car for valeting and some tools/car parts gone missing from the car. Very disappointed with their service and wouldn't trust them with anything! People, do yourself a favour and find a different place to look after your cars.

Dropped in to ask if they could valet car including the soft top. Car hadn’t been washed since spring, green algae everywhere, including around the tank cap! I am over the moon at the service, price and quality of workmanship. Thank you so much! I won’t be going anywhere else.

Do not use this car wash! Took my car in for a wash inside and out, upon picking up my car I realised they have damaged all 4 wheels! I have confronted them about this and they say that’s the condition the car was when I handed it over which is not true at all! The main guy is very argumentative and rude. I will accept the damage my car already has but to cause more is unacceptable! Tried to ask for my money back and was refused.

Tried this car wash last week as it was raining and my normal place is outside, NEVER AGAIN!!! I paid £20, and on completion found I had to ask for paper mats (helps keep footwell cleaner for a few more days), no airfreshner and clearly the boot hadn't been cleaned, didn't look like it had even been opened. Generally was only an average job. They were not busy and the member of staff was sat in the hut when I dropped it off and collected, my recommendation is go elsewhere.

I had my car wash today nissan juke .I paid £20 they didn’t clean properly when I sit in my car there is no mat in my car I think they put in somebody else’s car when I ask them they said there was no mat in the car they start arguing .very disappointed don’t use this car wash they steal thing from the people’s car

I have tried all the hand car washes in tamworth, once I tried this one I will never use anyone else... I have 3 kids and dogs, my car is always messy by the time it's due a clean!! They transform it, they dont cut corners, they are really thorough, they cost a tiny bit more maybe 3 pounds more for inside and out than the other car wash places but the extra money is defo worth it, plus you don't have to pay parking

I took my daughter's Fiat 500 here for a full valet as it was a used car that had been sat for a while and was generally quite dirty, the seats were dirty and the outside very weathered. I've used this car wash several times before and have always been impressed with the quality of the wash & vacuum. Better than the one I sometimes use in Glascote (Castle Car Wash). I returned to find the car looking a LOT better, an excellent job for the £100 it cost me, which isn't unreasonable at today's prices. These guys do a good job and it's convenient to leave your car with them while you shop in Ankerside or visit the nearby Bole Bridge whetherspoons for a meal and then pick the car up, even if you do have to pay the Ankerside parking fee too. Would recommend! 👍🏻

Having used this car wash for several years and always had a good experience, but on this occasion I came away extremely annoyed. I have a dog and to be fair the back of the car had a little more dog hair in than usual. I went for their gold service (inside and out). And the cost was £25. When I arrived there, it was almost empty. Left my keys with them and thought nothing off it. Upon coming back, paying the money and was handed my keys back, the gentleman said, in a very stern way that if it was like that again they would charge an extra £5, saying that because of the extra work, there was a backlog of vehicles to be cleaned. 2 points to this, 1. I don’t appreciate the attitude of the gentleman, and the way he spoke to myself. I was polite during this whole conversation, and would have paid the extra. 2. I paid to have my car cleaned, I did not expect to be berated because there was a backlog of vehicles, and would expect that I was paying to have the car cleaned without feeling that there was a time limit. Having said all of this, usually they do a good job, but with the attitude that was shown towards me today, I can honestly say that I would not have my car cleaned by them again. Very disappointing service.
