I rarely write reviews but for this place it’s needed. The customer service at the counter is the worst I’ve ever experienced in my whole life. The staff don’t say hello, please, thank you or goodbye, or even look at you. I’ve been multiple times and it’s always the same. Today i was served and after scanning my items the staff threw it down on the counter, which i was in complete disbelief. Sorry to be a Karen but the staff at this place are awful and need some customer service training.

One particular member of staff is rude and his attitude is abhorrent. He seriously needs to learn some manners.

No booze. How is a man supposed to relate to the youths of today if I can’t get drunk outside spar 😒

Honestly a thiccer spar than I was expecting in the best way. Shoplifter gallery on the outside is a real highlight

i brought milk from here that was 2 days out of date didnt notice till i had a mouthful absolutelydisgusting, they dont sell sausage, bacon or any decent breakfast items. and there in store stock is hit and miss! shelves can some times be missing essential items hopfully things will improve after refurb we will see and ill update

Nothing particularly wrong here, it's a late night spar. Not much choice for tasty food and no alcohol on sale - I assume due to the fear of shoplifting - they used to have lots of signs and pictures of regular thieves.. Something about this place always makes me feel a bit sad - all perfectly clean and tidy but just feels a bit unloved.

Adrian, it was a nice try to insult by speaking Asian accent🙂 but i think you have to be more precise so that other person cannot feel it embarrassing. Both Adrian and the lady were laughing at the time of "acting ". Best of luck to Adrian for his acting skills, Maybe he'll improve his acting one day 😂🙂

A was served by a very polite and professional gentleman. He demonstrated and exemplified what customer service is. His name was Adrian Well done

If you need to do a bit of shopping good place to go after you put fuel in your vehicle staff are polite they also sell hot snacks and drinks at the back of the store.

I normally have no problems with this garage and go there frequently. However tonight they closed the shop and only served through the window, which led to massive queues, and a lot of confusion. The staff charged me for the wrong amount which they refunded me In cash. Then subway was only accepting cash which would be fine, however the cash machine next to the garage wasn't working which added to the Chaos. Don't get me wrong, this isn't the staffs fault, just a half thought through and disconnected management process. Management definitely need to review and rethink this process as it is clearly not working.

24/7 opening hours. A very popular place, whether it's for coffee or fuel or a subway meal, they have the lot. They even have a toilet facility for public use. The shop is always stocked up. The staff are really friendly and helpful. An all in one shop and fuel facility.

Called in after night shift 4.30 in morning groups of youths hanging round and in cars some drunk or on something others sitting in shop on shelving loud rowdy and swearing this is the third or fourth time it's been like this out of half a dozen visits won't be going again they need a few visits from the police

Dates in this shop are horrendous. Purchased milk 2 days put of date and didnt notoce until i using it. Tried to purchase fruit bags but everypne of them were out of date so i took them to a member of staff. Was told by the member of staff that it was managment that did a date check. Not good enough.

Awful manager, whom kept interrupting... When pointed out that he was continuing to interupt. He claimed that statement to be rude and he would ask me to leave. I asked "why? for giving you some feedback that..." which he interrupted. I had to laugh on the inside and walk out. The other staff seem like normal nice humans

They don’t sell any pork products or booze and increase the fuel prices during fuel crises. So expensive, Morrisons next door is way cheaper.
