BP - Car Wash

Absolutely avoid!! I used their service a few times, and gave them nice tips each time. Last time, I was asked extra cash for a deeper cleaning, I left my car to the car wash guys 5 mn to go to the ATM, and my 2 pairs of glasses (adjusted glasses) disappeared. They were in the glove compartment. They of course denied completely.

Very quick and we liked the result. Our car was quite dirty already. Great job!

Today i washed off my car and chose the mini valet package is which is £35 still they didn't clean it well Iam really disappointed with their service. Just waste of money i would clean it by myself rather than this rubbish car wash.

Either don't take card or ask for extra, average service and suspect practices.

No clear sign, warning customers of "only cash payment". Forcing everyone pay cash or get cash back from the bp counter and pay £2extra. A young guy said; it is my business I do what I like and the wash itself wasnt that good either. I would ignore this place.

Absolutely awful service. They told me after cleaning the car that they required cash so I had to run home to pick up cash. In the meantime, they moved my car and scratched and dented the back of it. Avoid, this place at all costs!

Thank you for a great job although I would class my Nissan as a small van - so didn’t appreciate the overcharge after you’d completed 👍 No contactless payment. Garage shop can do cash back but will illegally charge you a fee 👍 £15 quick wash soon escalated to £22 - just to remove some tree sap, Thanks guys. (This is sarcasm if you hadn’t noticed - but the van is shiny ✨)

meet all my expectations for outside only hand wash - those works are fast, efficient, with reasonable cost (cash only). You can just stay in the car and follow the instructions to move forward to next step… just like an assembly line process !!

Decent enough wash, and the guys work very hard. If you multiply the cost they charge by the fraction of time they take to do your car, then divide that by the number of guys working on it, it ain’t much each. I get charged extra because my car is routinely very dirty—regular visits to muddy country roads and fields, plus two dogs. Fair enough, and they have a sign up about it. Make sure to clarify the price at the start of the wash or before the internal clean. If you don’t, one-star reviewers, you have no right to be outraged. Make sure you have cash, it’s cash only, and also fair enough.

It took them 10 min to wash the car in and out. Not the best wash for the price I’ve paid but definitely worth it if you want to save time.

Charged me extra for debit card payment. Doesn't say anywhere they need cash only. Car wasn't dried properly. Will not use again.

No sign to tell you but they only take cash and only tell you this at the end. They then charge 2£ to use a card. Good clean of the car though

I should have read the reviews. Avoid this place, worst car wash in Camden.
