IMO Car Wash

Dreadful car wash. You pay for ultra HD. Not only are they brush shy - but the foam is now only white and there is NO HD and NO DRYING CLOTHS + the rolling brushes not good for paintwork £14 Go and get a hand wash for £10-£15 peeps Save your car

*** UPDATE*** (29 November) I tried this car wash again in the hope that it was fixed/working, unfortunately instead of two blowers there is only one which doesn’t move close to the car, it stays static. The result is your car leaves the car wash soaking wet and unless you wipe it down, you will see just how dirty the water is! Also the car in front of me had the be pushed occasionally due to the system stopping. Not sure what that was about! At time of writing (June 6) only half of this car wash is working. After the spinning brushes the only thing that is working is a single blower. I paid for HD and only got a basic wash. There’s a broken pipe that’s pouring water in the centre, nothing else happens until you get to the single dryer. The hanging cloth designed to dry have not been there for months. I will check it out before going through or at least don’t pay for the basic wash And take cloth to dry your car.

Final time coming here after 5 years. Prices have gone up and don't reflect service given. Triple foam increased from £7.50 to £10!! A 33% increase, utterly unacceptable!

SCAMMERS & LIARS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. MIGHT AS WELL PUT YOUR MONEY DIRECTLY IN THE BIN 🗑️ Took my BMW for a carwash - inside & outside. They offered 2 prices, 1 for £26 or 1 for £30 (inc. polish) opted for £30 one. The inside remained exactly how I brought my car - their response was “it’s the best we can do”. When I went to pay £30, suddenly the charge went up WITHOUT TELLING ME He changed the price - then lied saying no no no, that’s exactly the price I said.

Finchley Rd O2 Centre- This is the worst car wash ever! The service is appalling. I went in to do a mini valet plus tripple foam for the outside which in total would have cost me £30.00. After it went through the machine and the guy -(TIM) was about to start with the inside and I asked if the rims were going to be cleaned as they still had mud on it. And he refused and said no we don’t do it by hand. So I said okay but can’t the other guy just hose it again because If im paying £30 pounds I don’t want to go away with dirty rims. He point blank said no. And said even if u go to the other guy he’s going to send you back to me and I’m going to say NO! Said ok I’m no paying £30 if I have to turn away with dirty rims . To that he said well take your car and go and just pay for the outside ! But the point was the outside was also not clean! He said u can complain to head office and get ur refund.But I later found out through someone that it’s a family business so my complaint will not have any effect ! So I paid the £10 and left with my not so clean rims. I have been to this place before but never experienced this kind of service. It’s convenient so people go. But I’d never recommend this place to anybody. You’re much better of driving 5 mins more and going to American car wash. At least the customer service is better and more personable.

Bit pricey

Used to be decent but the blowers don’t work anymore to dry your car. It’s been broken now for a year which is why I avoid the place. It means you leave with a car which just has water marks.

So easy effortless and affordable. Going to be coming here every time now on

Rude staff member. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

Low price equals cheap service. The guy got upset because he couldn’t clean the car. Saying it’s not his problem. Don’t waste your £12 on them save it

I better clean it myself in 2-3 minutes and I don’t scratch the car. It’s expensive for what you get…

AVOID!! If you love your car. Most of the equipment is not working. The blower is not working leaving the car wet and as the water is hard it leaves patches of white spots. It’s not serviced properly scratching the cars. This is the worst imo I have ever been to. Should be shut down till its serviced/renewed

They are always have issues with the card payment just to take cash.

I took my car here for an end of lease clean, it cost me £30 and they did a fair job! But it’s a non-contact car wash so you can’t expect much 😃

Quick and easy to use. I go for more options as the anti rain one works well and doesn't feel like such a waste of money.

Card machine not working and pressure washer not working. Avoid if you can as no point paying this sort of money to just wash by machine. Person working there telling this after getting inside as you have no option to go back. Left with dirty alloy.

My recent experience at IMO Car Wash concerning their top-tier ceramic wash service was disappointing. Despite opting for the most expensive wash package, the results did not reflect a commensurate level of quality. The outcome was indistinguishable from a significantly cheaper wash option, suggesting a lack of added value for the premium price point. Furthermore, the service felt rushed, with staff seemingly prioritizing speed over thoroughness. Consequently, residual foam was observed on the vehicle's surface even after the wash cycle was completed. Overall, the service provided was below the standard expected for a premium offering and did not justify the cost.

Over charged me and just shouted at me the whole time. They charged £26 for a 2 door car in and out. On top of taking an extra £6 they did an awful awful job 😭
