First of all I would put 0 stars if I could. Why TF is it £1.99.9 for some petrol it’s not like there is a fuel crisis. I topped up £30 which only gave me 15 litres, I can get 15 litres of petrol for £20 anywhere else I go and the guy at the till is so rude and just unbothered. DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to get scammed

I had a terrible experience. I went to pick up my package and it was actually a really simple thing, but there was a guy behind me and the guy at the counter waved him over to skip me so that he could go first and he called him boss and then another guy came in and then he skipped me again I saw many reviews from women being mistreated at this BP. I felt like it was a sexism issue that the kid at the counter just decided that men’s time is more important and it was honestly really disappointing and disgusting of that kid Don’t ever go there! Especially if you’re a woman. It also has an uncomfortable sketchy vibe.

The staff here are really rude and quite incompetent, one of them a younger guy purposely told me that the UPS store was closed here and then smiled as I had to walk away frustrated with my packages, I found out a week later that the UPS store has not closed and it’s in the petrol station where he works! Not sure why he would do that but it’s very unkind

NO TOILET

In the bp application it says the station provides a toilet. There is no toilet there!!!

I have had many bad consumer experiences in my life but never have I felt compelled to write any review, until now. I have been truly upset over the last few days because of my experience earlier this week, when the shop man screamed me out of his shop after providing my consumer feedback about the truly extortionate pricing. No human should be screamed at needlessly, let alone a paying customer. All locals are well aware of the egregious pricing and very rude service. Doubtless, "bp (owner)" will reply to this review issuing his apology, for all the public to see. Why couldn't such an apology be issued to me at the the time of purchasing? This is not a rhetorical question.
