!! WARNING!!!‼️ Same dodgy tyre business is attached to car wash ,, Went to get tyres fitted and the ‘boss’ didn’t even arrive for 15 mins, after waiting for another guy to take my wheel off whilst drinking his whisky at work the boss showed up then took my tyre off and damaged all the rim of my alloy wheel I mean badly scratched!! Then went all moody like it was my fault asking why I brought my car there???!! I asked for compensation to get it repaired and it ended by him saying I’m not getting a penny!! Very rude with a very bad attitude and can’t even fit a tyre, had a car washed there once too that was badly done. STAY WELL CLEAR!!!!!

Been for tge seconds time today, and it will be my last. What ever the spray is they use inside the car, its marked all my drivers seat and because they didn't wipe it properly, it marked all the doors, I had to clean them again.

This is not a place to wash your car seriously. I am telling u😡😡. Worst place to wash ur car rubbish!!! 😡, even when u show them the area that was not touched after washing ur car, they give the wrong attitude, l have to leave with my car not properly clean. If u know u want to really wash your car, this is not the right place.😡😡😡😡

I have been very satisfied with the valet and wash I received. Been a few times to this car wash . The young lady is really pleasant . The men can be a little abrupt. As an older lady this is unnerving, if only the whole of staff used good customer service and politeness it would be a better experience.

I've been a loyal customer to this car wash for several years. The staff work really hard and do a good job. Unfortunately the service has been tarnished by the owner's poor customer service. I asked for a mini valet on my standard car which is advertised as £15. I always give £20 as my car can be messy with two young children and a dog. Today the owner asked for £25 for a mini valet. Do I was them "to do a good job". I'd like you to do a good job yes as I'm paying for this service. It's really put me off using this car wash again. Stick to the prices advertised or at least update them!
