I had James from Vulpix come round to my house to carry out a paint enhancement on my '84 Alfa Romeo Spider. She'd been neglected so her metallic black paintwork was distinctly dull and flat. James got to work on her with pre/wash and shampoos, doing a thorough decontamination before moving on to polishing compounds and a machine polisher. Before too long, the paint was gleaming, old swirls and light scratches had disappeared and she was gleaming like she was 30 years younger. James was great to get along with, talking me through the processes and giving me useful tips to get good results when I clean the Alfa myself. Very impressed with the results of his work and his professionalism. I'll definitely use Vulpix again.

First time having a ceramic coating, very happy with the results! James came to my workplace to do the work, he was professional, detailed and thorough throughout the whole process. Top man! There are a lot of car detailers out there but I would highly recommend Vulpix. They take real pride in their work and the results definitely show that.

Let me tell you it's difficult to get good service these days people don't seem to care like they used to, well this company is old school the go the extra mile. Juan breathed new life into my Discovery he spent hours decontaminating the paint work and buffing out the years of swirl marks before finishing her in a high wax coat to make her pop like new. My wife doesn't pay any attention to cars but even she was impressed with how mint my baby is looking. These guys know how to do a proper job and I would class as the Leanardo of detailers. Totally over the moon and to round it off they have total respect for your property and leave every as clean as they find it. I cant appreciate the guys at Vulpix detailing enough, they are amazing guys very hard working and definitely know what they are doing. I have had paint correction and ceramic coating done by them and the car despite being a few years old looks better than it did from factory. From start to finish, Vulpix have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I originally booked in after spending well over an hour on the phone discussing the different services they offer. Elliot, who was my first point of contact, was brilliant from the start. Within minutes of my initial enquiry they were already following it up, and throughout the whole process communication was spot on. Their pricing is incredibly reasonable, especially considering the quality of work and level of service you receive. I booked a mobile full detail on my BMW 440i, a car that, if I’m honest, hadn’t really been cared for properly in its seven years. What really stood out was how honest and transparent they were. Rather than trying to sell me everything under the sun, they talked me through what was actually worth doing on my particular car, its colour and specification, and what would be unnecessary or simply not worth the money. That honesty is rare nowadays. In the lead up to the appointment they kept in touch regarding paint touch-up work and the typical Mancunian weather, making sure everything could still go ahead. Even with the weather being unpredictable, they came fully prepared with a canopy and everything needed to carry out the detail at my house without compromising on quality. James, who came out to carry out the detail, was an absolute star. Every request I had was listened to and nothing felt like too much trouble. He even refitted one of my badges while he was working on the car. The finished result genuinely blew me away. The car looks brand new. It’s hard to believe it’s the same seven-year-old car I bought only a couple of weeks ago. I also got a look at their setup while they were here and, as someone who’s into cars, it was honestly a bit of a car enthusiast’s dream. The van was unbelievably well set up, the equipment was top quality, and everything had its place. You could tell they’d invested in doing things properly and took real pride in their work. Afterwards James stayed for a chat, had a look around some of my other cars, and gave me some genuinely useful advice on maintaining the finish and what I’d be best doing going forward. There was no rushing off to the next job, just someone who clearly enjoys talking about cars and helping customers look after them. Throughout the whole process you could tell not only that these lads know exactly what they’re doing, but that they genuinely enjoy doing it as well. That passion comes across in both the quality of their work and the way they treat their customers. As a 19-year-old who’s worked hard and finally forked out for what is genuinely my dream car, I honestly can’t thank these lads enough. Like I said, the car was in a right state when I bought it, but they’ve worked an absolute miracle on it. They’ve given me something I’m genuinely proud to look at every time I walk out of the house. I genuinely couldn’t recommend Vulpix highly enough, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future. It’s not the first result on Google for no reason.

Great communication from Elliott. Kept me updated all day so I knew what was going on. He gave me options and advice, and didn't try to up sell products and service's, unlike other businesses who shall not be named. I'd recommend them and use them again in the future. James takes a huge amount of time and pride throughout the process on explaining what will happen and the quality invested is immense. He helped me to no end with my car, getting it back to showroom ready. All the options were explained clearly with no pressure and I would always go back to him first port of call after this level of service. His team at Vulpix are very welcoming, professional and love to work on cars which makes all the difference. Elliot was absolutely fantastic at making sure all the final bits fell into place too!

Cannot say how good of a job has been done on my car honestly I can see my reflection the entire paintwork is so smooth and I cannot even begin to say how good my car looks after it was given to vulpix. I would be more than happy to bring my other cars here I would post photos but it won't let me for some reason but genuinely top guy and top place

Did there training course which involved how to fully decontaminate a car, I gained the knowledge on how to use chemicals safely, machine polishing, and ceramic coating. This course is an investment to prevent yourself making a mistake which could cost you thousands to rectify. Couldn’t recommend Vulpix enough!

Recently had my car fully valeted by Elliot at Vulpix and what a brilliant job . I initially obtained a quote from James who was completely honest and upfront about what they would do . I booked it in and was told the car would be ready later that afternoon . I received a phone call from Elliot early afternoon to say the car would be ready by 3 o'clock . The car looked stunning . The leather interior had been steam cleaned and was immaculate . Carpets and mats spotless even the cream coloured seat belts were so much better as they had become very badly stained by the previous owner . The exterior was sparkling and the alloy wheels which were in a very poor state were gleaming . Both Elliot and James were very likeable , pleasant and totally honest about everything . I was so impressed with the work that I will be taking it back in six months time to have the car valeted again . Wonderful job . Thank you .

Can’t recommend these guys enough! Went above and beyond our expectations and the car looks amazing for it. We were disappointed with the way the main dealer handed over our new car, so I contacted Elliot and James at Vulpix Detailing to do a paint correction and ceramic coat. Elliot was amazing! The communication was great, I knew when he was arriving. We left them to it and the cars looked brand new. They were quicker than expected! Be careful, they do eat all your biscuits lol. For real they were amazing! Will defo book in again.
