Local Evri drop off / Collection point but don’t go after 9pm as they very rudely tell you that they don’t take parcels after that time even though the Evri app says till midnight. Rang to speak to manager and was told no manager was working so asked to speak to someone in charge and her reply was there is no one in charge there is just the two of us and we are just “winging it!”

Today at 8.30 cashier refused to let me cash in my scratch card but that was my money I had to pay for my coffee. So I told him I need to cash in your I can’t pay. Then he started shouting at me calling me crazy and stuff. I was very calm and wasn’t upset I was just stating the fact that was my money to pay. Very unprofessional. I think he might have been the crazy one despite accusing me of the same thing. Very sad as the coffee looked great.

I visited this petrol station tonight at around 9:00 PM to fill my car with diesel, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I was left waiting for around 15 minutes because the pump was not working and would not open for use. When I went to the counter to ask what the issue was, the staff member on duty did not speak to me at all. Instead, they simply pointed at a sign saying they would return in 15 minutes. The lack of communication and complete disregard for customers was unacceptable. What made the situation even worse was the staff member’s rude attitude. They appeared irritated and acted as if customers were a burden for simply trying to buy fuel. This is highly unprofessional behaviour and reflects very poorly on the level of service provided here. I would not recommend this place based on the poor customer service and disrespectful attitude shown tonight.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally complain about an unacceptable experience at your BP petrol station at approximately 2:30 AM. During my visit, I requested to use the toilet facilities and was refused by the staff member on duty called Mr Sharma. I was informed that the manager had prohibited customer access to the toilets. I find this decision both unreasonable and deeply disappointing. I would like to stress that I am a diabetes patient, and I may urgently need to use toilet facilities at any time. Denying access in such circumstances is not only distressing but could also have serious health implications. A service station, by its very nature, is expected to provide essential amenities such as toilet access—particularly during late hours when there are few, if any, alternatives available. Refusing such a basic necessity falls far below acceptable standards of customer care. I also believe this matter warrants the attention of the relevant local authority, as access to basic facilities is an important public concern, especially for individuals with medical conditions. I would like a clear explanation of this policy and whether it reflects BP’s official stance. I urge you to review this practice to ensure customers are treated with fairness, dignity, and consideration. I look forward to your response

At approximately 17:00 today whilst filling my car, I noticed a young woman struggling with the air pump machine. On closer inspection of the situation, the machine was broken and even sucking air out of her tyres!! The two Bp workers on shift were absolutely beyond useless, I would even go as far as to say they were enjoying the young woman’s distressing and costly situation. Disgusting!

Friend of mine had an awful experience here today. Bloke that works there (roughly 17:00 on a Sunday) was smug, rude, clueless and utterly useless. Tyre machine was broken (no sign), emptied her tyre, and when he ‘tried’ to help he decided to use a nice and full tyre to demonstrate the broken machine. Who would’ve thought that now there’s 2 flat tyres! Didn’t want to help at all and was sarcastic and rude in the meantime. Buddy needs to go on indeed because clearly this job isn’t for him.

I called today to fill my refillable gas bottle for the first time i was struggling as the pump wasn't being helpful, a member of the staff came out and helped me even removed the bottle and took it to another pump and connected it so I could fill under instruction i can't thank the staff enough they are a credit hardly seen nowadays thankyou
