Dreadful work & customer service. I booked an appointment a week in advance to restore a slightly faded headlight. On the day of my appointment I call up if I'm good to come down and they said someone messed up the appointment and I'd have to come down the next day (oh well mistakes happen not a big deal). Next day they ring me that my car is complete and ready for collection. I go to collect my car to be disappointed that my headlight looks no different to before, even with it being covered in rain, it looked faded. I paid the £80 and took the car home hoping the headlight will look better once the weather dries up a bit. I get home and surprise, the headlight looks much worse with it now being covered in scratches and rougher than when I left it with them. I got in touch with Shyne that I'm not pleased with the job and sent them pictures of the damage. They offered to give it another go on Monday / Tuesday and sent me loads of photos attempting to prove they can do a proper job (Why did they not do a proper job on my car? No Idea). So with my trust already being low, I gave them another chance. Monday comes and I ring them to check if I'm okay to come down. Surprise, they have no slots till Wednesday. At this point I was fed up and have asked for a partial refund as I did not want to deal with them anymore. They accepted and said their accounts team will get in touch to provide my refund. A week passes and no one gets in touch. I rang back asking for an update and once again was told someone would ring me back, nothing happens every time I speak to them. Based on my experience I honestly can't recommend these guys to anyone. Its a shame as my mates who initially recommended this place and came for regular washes will also no longer be coming anymore either.

Extremely poor experience from start to finish. I engaged with Rizwan over a period of several weeks regarding van wrapping work. From the outset there was apparent interest and an initial quote was provided, however the entire process has been marked by inconsistent communication, lack of follow-through, and repeated delays. It is now over 8 weeks since first contact and the work has still not been completed. After the initial quotation, communication deteriorated significantly. Calls were routinely missed or avoided, and when contacting the business directly, I was repeatedly told he was “not available.” This pattern created a clear lack of transparency and reliability. He later re-initiated contact requesting further images and details, which I provided immediately. Despite this, communication then ceased again entirely, with messages and calls left unanswered. At no point has there been any clear explanation, update, or professional accountability regarding the status of the job. The experience has been disorganised, inconsistent, and unprofessional throughout. From a business perspective, this level of unreliability is not something I can afford to deal with, and I will not be engaging further under any circumstances. I would strongly caution others against relying on this service where timelines, communication, and professionalism are important

Thanks Shyne Detailing for perfectly applying paint protection film on my car. It is appreciable as your workers carefully did the job. My car got protection from direct exposure to UV rays and scratches. The main thing is that the overall cost was appropriate.

Due to the workload I couldn't keep my car clean but thanks to Shyne Detailing for thorough cleaning of the car within affordable range. Surprising thing for me is that the every part in both interior and exterior of the car was deeply cleaned.

Excellent service from Shyne Detailing. I came in for an exterior wash and dry on my BMW i5 and the finish was superb. They even went the extra mile and removed etching on the boot using a heat gun and machine polish, which came out brilliantly. Professional, knowledgeable and takes real pride in their work. Highly recommended.

Impeccable. First visit here and it won't be my last. Very friendly team. Came 20 miles away and wish these guys were near me ! Came for a quick wash and dry and I was left stunned. Very accommodating as no booking required. Card payments accepted which is very good. The best if not the only indoor car wash. Highly recommend 10/10 keep it up guys! You will not be disappointed! You can also leave the car whilst you go to the gym

Took a chance when it first opened and never been disappointed. Friendly staff who put the effort in and listen for feedback to rectify any issues with cleaning. Large place and spacious. Just needs a complimentary coffee machine 😂
