IMO Car Wash

IMO car wash was an adventure. I loved it Staff were clear and kind .

Brilliant service. Wash with confidence

Very disappointed with this so called car wash. The customer service was awful from start to finish, and the quality of the wash was even worse. The staff seemed far more interested in sitting on their phones than actually cleaning customers’ vehicles properly. After paying for a wash, my car was still dirty, with plenty of areas missed and very little attention to detail. I’ve had much better results from local hand car washes for less money. To make matters worse, the staff were rude, unhelpful, and lacked basic manners. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and no interest in providing decent customer service. I would not recommend this car wash to anybody. Save your money and go to a hand car wash instead. You’ll almost certainly get a better clean and be treated with far more respect. This place is a complete waste of time and money.

Been using here * was using here * for 6 months and no rewards on the app still! Came today and paid through the app and got no QR code through and was made to pay again as the attendant was clueless absolutely! Had to go back and hour later with the QR code when it eventually came through! Note to the company, the cs is terrible and nobody speaks English at the branch and keeping somebody waiting mindlessly for 30 minutes is terrible! Eventually spoke to the manager on the phone and had to pay twice as he couldn't be out of pocket even after showing the PayPal payment and bank details! Poor service, awful cs and terrible overall wash now ! Service has gone downhill I'll be going somewhere else now as I've wasted 40 minutes sat in the branch unattended and had to go back!

Good place to get a car wash!

Perfect for a quick car wash and reasonably priced, I can't fault it.

Rude staff

Turned up at 8.15am, closed. Supposed be open from 8am. Not a good start

Had a gorgeous evening wasting my time driving to this IMO location for the workers to have decided to finish half an hour early! Me and 5 other cars were then stuck trying to reverse out of a one way entrance. Shocking, save your time go elsewhere.

The best ever

Does exactly what it says on the tin. £4 is you economy option but it gets you car nice and clean. My go to winter option for car cleaning when it's too cold to do it myself. 👍

You pay for your car to be cleaned but leave with a dirty car. Guy was too busy on his phone to even clean my wheels/rims with the jet wash. Triple foam was a waste of £8 whatever soaps are used left my car greasy to the touch with dirt littered all over definitely won't use this company ever again!!

Used the half price ultra wash from the imo app when I got home bit disappointed as there was still dirty marks on the back of the car, which I had to remove with a Shamie leather..
