Fresh Car Valeting Leeds

They just txt me now at 10.30 pm that they won't be able to come to my 8.30 am appointment because of some technical issues. I am glad that i didn't pay in advance .

Paid for the inside of the car valeting and this is how it’s left, not even been touched disgusting and terrible communication

Very disappointed and would not recommend this company. For the price that I paid it’s absolutely not worth it and don’t believe the description that it’s on the site when you booking this service . I’ve booked an interior deep clean which costs me £117 at the end of the appointment because it’s been foggy inside you couldn’t see much but after when I went inside the car and start looking at everything properly I wasn’t happy . My seats are still looking dirty , he didn’t even bother to wipe the roof of the car but on the website it’s says (roof line cleaning ) plus it’s supposed to be air con sanitation and I’ll attach the pictures of how the air con looked after cleaning it was dust on it. I am no idea why this company it’s so recommended here but definitely isn’t worth it . Everything supposed to be done in 3 hours plus I’ve requested for an extra charge outside cleaning they charged me £30 but all the jobs was done in 1 hour and 40 mins max.

Such poor professionalism. I booked for 0930 today 04/03 as my car is being collected tomorrow, stupidly paid in advance to get it out of the way, then an hour before they cancel the appointment, then turn off the only contact number and now I have to try and seek a refund, not only that, I now have to take a day annual leave to try and get the car valet. I am so disappointment with this company, they could have at least called me rather than emailing from a Gmail account which went into Junk, luckily I found quickly. I am now out of pocket £55 + having to cover the actual work and the loss of a days leave thanks to these cowboys. Trading standards should be looking at these.

Had a gent visit and do full valet in Harrogate. Have to say he did a grand job and I’m absolutely over the moon!

Very unprofessional experience. They changed the booking time twice, then cancelled altogether at the last minute. Payment was taken in full before any work was done, and now I’m being told to wait 3–5 business days for a refund — even though it was their mistake, not mine. It’s unacceptable to take funds before completing a job, then make the customer wait to get their own money back. Poor communication, poor service, and zero accountability. Avoid.

Joe a very sociable and pleasant young man The communication before he showed up was very good and he was bang on time When he arrived he explained the job and what he would do to my car I must admit he excelled all my expectations the Volvo V60 looks better than when I picked it up from new at the dealership would highly recommend Fresh and Joe Thanks again will be seeing you in the future

Adam gave some much needed love and attention to my car. After he had finished it looked like the day I collected it from the dealership. The paint is very soft and susceptible to scratches when washing. Adam took great care not to add the scratches added by the previous detailer. I couldn't be happier and would recommend Adam / Fresh Car Valeting.

Top guy and amazing service

One star because I didn’t even have my car cleaned. I booked an interior and exterior valet for a few weeks time, the day before it was due I had a text asking me to send pictures of the car. When I did I was told the price would be double what I had booked (also this price was not shown anywhere on the website). So I cancelled the appointment. Very disappointed.

The booking process was really easy. Joe arrived on time and did an absolute brilliant job of my pig sty of a car, even in absolutely awful weather he just cracked on with it. Highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend Joe from Fresh that did an excellent job on one of our cars. He never stopped and cleaned every part of it. He has brought the inside back to like new again and the outside sparkles. We will be booking again for Joe to come back out to clean another car.

Gave this company a 2nd opportunity to valet my car, 6 month gap. On both occasions they rang at the last minute to cancel with a pathetic excuse. I suppose as it’s the 2nd time, it’s shame on me! Do not use fresh car. I am sure their franchises wear spurs. Save yourself time and hassle by just choosing another firm to valet your car.
