Lots of levels, parking alittle dear for a Yorkshire lass

My wife parked and she did not receive a ticket at the barrier, when we came to pay there was no record of our car in the system. I pressed the assistance button and an extremely rude gentleman answered questioning everything instead of actually helping, from an actual parking standard it’s ok basic multi story car park but from a customer service standpoint atrocious

Good, well lit car park, with decent size bays. Handy for the Playhouse theatre. Prices reasonable for a city centre car park. It's a bit of a challenge to figure out which lane you're supposed to be in when approaching it.

Plenty of parking. Cheap in the evening.

Very expensive especially when you park just past 5pm as they also charge the £5 for the night on top of the hourly rate you’ve already paid. In effect it’s double charging.

my favourite car park in Leeds CC. generously wide bays make parking easy and easy to drive in and out of without worrying about scratching cars. Also easy access to John Lewis and only a short walk into the centre of the city. perfect for shopping trips.

Easy to park. We have a long 7 seater but it was still easy to park. Reserved parking earlier.

They have installed new parking payment machines. They weren't working. Ppl were quite frantic. The poor man working at the exit had to keep moving the barrier up & down. It took more than half an hour to reach the exit. In the past it has been quite busy but thats been a weekend evening. This was a Wednesday!!!! Excellent location but very poorly organised.

Very very slow to get out when it's busy, avoid if going to anything at a local theatre or large event as everyone tries to leave at once and it jams up.

This one is located in city center right next to bus station. There are 10 levels of parking, but still mostly busy. I visited recently after 6pm and they have a flat rate of £6 after 5 pm marking it cheaper to park in the nights.

Almost the perfect car park. Fairly large spaces, plenty of them, well lit, feels safe. The only drawbacks are the tight corners vs large cars, minimal paystatations and optimal spaces being taken up by a washing service.

Arrived, parked, paid, left.

Efficient car parking service at a reasonable daily price.
